I read about the widely known quality problem in customer reviews but hoped that it wouldn't happen to mine .

I am allergic to the band and can't wear it. I was able to get a metal band for my Charge 2 but I don't see that option for the Charge 4. So I guess I'll need to find someone to gift it to.

Less accurate and doesn't register movement as easily. TRied working on it with customer service, but didn't change things. The face only came on with the turn of my wrist for about a week, then stopped.

Terrible Setup Experience

I think the product would setup fairly easily with an Android or iPhone, but to a Windows 10 PC it did not. For a PC, it needs to first sync with a mobile phone, restart, reset, unpair, wait 15 minutes, repair, etc... all with error messages along the way. Be very wary if planning on using with a computer.
