    Inaccurate Heart Rate Sensor

The heart rate sensor (which is the sole platform from which all the analytical data this app uses) rarely captures an accurate reading. There have been many instances where I am in the middle of an intense work out but the heart rate sensor reads a measurement of 130bpm. I double check my heart rate with another source and it says it’s well in the 170s. This is only one among the many problems with this device. It is not trustworthy and I would not recommend buying it.

Fitbit charge 4 watch works great ! I had to purchase my second one in less than one year due to the band snapping off and breaking , now the new one broke also, very disappointed because of this bad design.

As I am writing this, I am on the phone with Fitbit and they have just ordered a replacement for me. Your service was great, just the item itself was not. It started to blink and make noise. They tried resetting it, but that did not work.

The bulging sensor sticking out on the inside is very uncomfortable. It was pretty lacking in functionality. The strap as well as the main part would scratch easily. Like a soft contact with my nail would leave a mark.

At just over a year the display stoped working. If you can't read the info then what good is it. I would not recommend you waist a hundred dollars or more on it.

Fine as a basic steps tracker, but I got the Charge 4 for it's GPS. It always loses GPS. You could be in the middle of a field on a sunny day and it will drop GPS. If you need GPS go with a Garmin watch!

Doesn't integrate with Strava as a heart rate monitor, so if you want to get a bluetooth heart rate monitoring device for your bike ride, walk, run, or other workout, this won't do the trick... RETURNED!

I bought the Charge 4 because the 3 would no longer receive notifications, nor sync. I’ve done everything recommended for both the 3 and 4 to activate notifications, to no avail. I would have returned it to Best Buy, but I missed the return deadline.

This model does not sync well to your iPhone or iPad. It was very difficult to sync initially and since I have had it, I have had many problems getting it to sync. Also, the battery life is very short. Sometimes, mid run, it will turn itself off.

I like the tracker over all, however my issue is with the durability of the watch. The clamps that hold watch ban has broken and on ban will not attach to the watch. The watch is three (3) months old and its already broken.

I owned a Samsung Gear previously and went back to get a new one. Best Buy no longer had them. It was my first choice but I settled on the fitbit. Took hours to set up and required phone and e-mail. Too invasive for me. I just wore the Samsung gear on my arm and got all the fitness info I needed without all the internet gymnastics. Why is fitbit trying to trace my life?

Not stratified with this model. Can't see the screen when outside even with the brightness turned all the way up. Also, the gps doesn't accurately track my steps or distance.

My wife loved the watch. Very good fitness tracker but lacked one major thing that was the deal breaker. The ability to turn off Bluetooth on the device. Watch was returned.

The Fitbit does not come with a manual explaining how to set it up. The Fitbit app is not intuitive and takes a lot of trial and error before stumbling across what's needed. On line help is no help at all.
