    Wrist bands

The screen is really small but that makes sense for a tracker. The wrist band is INCREDIBLY small and I have a bigger wrist size than most. Even with the bigger band it comes with it still doesn't fit.

Bought this as a gift for my SO. He loves it, EXCEPT it randomly reads his heart rate as much higher than it actually is. He has reset it twice so far...if it continues, we will be trading it in!

I've owned older fitbits, and never had any problems with them. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this one. I've already had it replaced under warranty after having it for 3 months. And now, it's doing the same thing as the previous one. Here's the issue, I'll charge fitbit, wear it, and an hour later, it's dead. I've turned off all gps and location features, and it dies quickly. Do yourself a favor, and purchase any other fitness watch.

I really don't know why anyone would keep this thing. It fails so miserably at any of the selling points (GPS, HR, sleep tracker) that it compromises the integrity of the simple measurements. I honestly don't know if my steps were counted correctly because everything else was so terrible. I wore this for 2 days, went on 2 jogs, and walked my dog 2 times around the neighborhood. As of writing this, my exercises show half of a jog and two thirds of a walk. The other exercises never synced with the app. Also, I apparently only sleep 2-3 hours a night... And my resting heart rate is 120...

Heart Rate Monitor Is Very Inaccurate

I purchased the Fibit Charge 4 just for the heart rate monitor. Was not interested in the other features. I set the wrist watch for my dominant wrist and put the watch on my dominant wrist. While relaxed and watching TV, the watch recorded my heart rate at 84 BPM; my actual heart rate was 50 BPM (normal for me) as measured by two different cuff-type monitors. Repeated the measurements a half-hour later with almost identical results. I will return the Fibit charge 4 tomorrow. Very disappointed.

I bought the Fitbit Charge 4 for my daughter for her birthday, she dropped it on the carpet and the lens cracked on the side, she then dropped it on our wood floor and now the screen is cracked even more and destroyed. I just went to the fitbit site and they do not replace the screens or have a department to fix these. I just found out here that I cannot return it, must of been only good for 60 days since we bought it in late June and now it is early August. I wish I would of known this ahead of time and I would of bought a better brand and paid a bit more.

Deleted my Spotify songs, I loved the design and how it looked on my wrist, but ended up getting an Apple Watch for $50 more instead.

I was really excited about getting our Fitbit, I even purchased two one for my son and I. Our 1st day using them, and its counting steps while I drive, cook, and while my son is on his Playstation. It messes with my personal goals, and I wanted to motivate my son get more active in the summer. Although due to the inaccuracy his actually at more steps than me therefore can't say much. Great features silk looking and easy to step up, just not what I'm looking for.

The watch itself we had to return. It was recording running instead of walking and not getting sleep right at all. But BestBuy was great about handling the return.

If it was not for the need to subscribe to FitBit Premium Services to get all the functions it would be ok. The subscription requirement is a deal breaker for me

Fitbit product is great for workout measurement and calorie input calculations, however, the quality of the product is lacking. After just 8 months, the connectors that hold the watch to the band broke. The fact you can no longer buy warranty protection through Best Buy for Fitbit products says it all. It is unfortunate, because the product is great otherwise.

I bought this for my he was very excited to get this from me because he heard a lot of things about Fitbit.client . Needless to say that it broke very fast. They did send him a new one I have to take him to so many channels. The new one is not all that good there is something about the face and how late it gets where you can’t read numbers. I think this is a ongoing problem with the other Fitbit watches that I brought in the past. I won’t be buying a Fitbit watch anymore
