I returned it after three days. I didn't like the fit. I didn't like the price for what you got. When on vacation at Hilton Head,SC, I received an email notice from Best Buy about their early black Friday sale on the Samsung Galaxy Active watch for $139.99, so I went and bought one. I love it. I had a Samsung before.

very little can be done with this watch. You have to pay extra to use "Apple" items that come free with other watches.

This fit bit not only tracks my steps, but also gives me detailed information about the quantity and quality of my sleep, such as how much time was spent in each different phase of sleep. It also accurately measures blood oxygenation and activity levels. When my heart rate goes up during a sustained activity, I get activity points. Also, I wear this in the shower, when swimming, when gardening. I never take it off except when it needs to be charged, which is about once every 5 days, and it takes less than two hours to charge.

My fourth fitbit. Love having it but this one was a lemon!!! I contacted and reset over and over again. Finally replaced.

Not have the features that I am looking for to download music. The rest are just like any other brand features. No specialty

Bought as gift for my husband. He liked it, but the wristband kept separating from one side of the tracking device. Unfortunately, the device was lost while he was wearing it while working outside - we think the band came apart again and the entire FitBit fell off him. Contacted FitBit and they said if I could send them the band, they would determine if it was defective. Can’t send them the band since the entire unit was lost.

Could not get to pair with phone after hour and a half talking to tech-support realize it was broken did not work took it back got something else

Fell off a lot while sleeping. More uncomfortable than other fitbits I have used in the past

Has trouble charging, and loses pairing with my phone at least once a day.

This watch is already broken. My daughter liked it but it is not durable at all

2 years I broke 2 bands already with no physical damage. Poor bands

I've tried the Charge 4 and Inspire HR. I like the Charge 4 because it's a more comfortable watch, but refuses to setup. Inspire HR set up was a pain but it eventually worked. Charge 4 never set up so i had to contact customer service and they couldn't help so they passed it on to another tech. I'm waiting to hear back from the tech but if they can't help I will return this device. I don't understand why these are so popular.

While the watch is working, the face detached from the bracelet one day-- it just popped off without incident. I thought the bracelet bands were defective, but when I ordered new replacement bands, the face still will not attach to the bands, making it entirely unwearable.

Inadequate. Did not work as expected. Tried to use for a few months. Useless for my purposes. Frankly, I don’t even know where it is at the moment. No, I would not purchase it again. Battery on earlier version, which I enjoyed, an earlier version, which I enjoyed, died at 13 months. So my experience has not been a good one.

this was my second one and both lasted about 1 year. it was a waste of my money

Fitbit is one of the worst smart watches to ever be made. The watches are not accurate at all from sleepy to recording your steps. I have read reviews like on Amazon and they say that the watches are great not so. I recently found reviews on Trustpolit that are very accurate 1 and 2 stars rating. Don't buy Fitbit watches until you read the reviews on Trustpolit.

Not comfortable ended up returning and getting a different watch

would not hold charge after week 4. Return time expired. Sending back to FitBit for warranty replacement.

Third fit bit. They keep trying to sell additional services. Will not replace when the battery goes.

Didn't seem accurate, looked a little geeky. Features are kinda redundant between the app and the FitBit
