Bought two, returned mine... Wife kept hers because she didn't want to go through the hassle and just bought a new band. It's just unimpressive... Took forever to get it to start for runs... Was way off on sleep tracking.. and it doesn't recognize automatically when you're exercising. I just hated it

tried to do the setup for an android phone and could not get it working. went to store and sat for 40 minutes with android phone and hp laptop and neither could accomplish the set up for the Geek Squad service guy. Conclusion; Dead out of the box so returned. bought a galaxy smartwatch for 5 dollars more at best buy. brought it home and did the set up myself and it worked.

This is the second time I have purchased a fitbit charge. I hoped that since it has been several years the product had improved but that is not the case. The only way to get accurate count is only wear it during a walking workout. If I put it on and drive to the gym it usually gives me 3000 extra steps. My intent was an accurate account for the day.

Had this Fitbit for a month and when I was climbing stairs 10/24/2020 it stop working.Turned on and off trying to reset it nothing.Never dropped, wet, bumped.Everything works but that.I think I may have purchased a warranty on line for 29.99 but if not they should replace it or refund me the purchased price. A month old not a good product or I got a lemon.

Where the watch band connects to the watch, broke after 1 year 3 months. Last Fitbit band the cover cracked. Seems like I buy a new one every 1 1/2 years. I started fitbit in 2016 and have gone thru 4 of them, my wife has had 3 of them now in 4 years. Its time for buying another brand now.

I lost it after 2 weeks, Father's Day Gift. The watch band unsnapped which if you go online its a big problem they have not resolved. I loved the watch but the watch band link at unit detaches and watch is lost. Cannot recommend as I replace it ... i might as well have bought an apple or samsung watch

Band connector broke after 5 months. All I did was take off the watch. Just reading on the Fitbit Charge 4 forum that this is a very common issue and not easily resolved due to poor customer service at Fitbit. This is my last Fitbit…
