I have an Galaxy S5 phone and the FitBit app will not pair to it. You must have Android 7+ or higher running. This makes most of it worthless. The websites are total crap for help. The device just turns on and tells me to update the app, but it is updated. Pairing through a PC is a crap option.

I bought this for my son. His wrist is pretty fat so the bands did not fit him. They don’t seem to have bigger bands which kind of does not make sense to me when I would think bigger people use this product. Keep in mind it came with the regular band and a bigger one.

Not a good product,Dont buy thinking you will get a good gps watch. The gps was inconsistent and took forever to get a signal even on sunny days. This watch shut off mid exercise on multiple occasions. I wound up returning after firmware update did very little to fix problems. I spent more to get a

Bought this for my wife for Christmas 12/2020. Already (as of 6/2021) the strap connector has broken off, not fixable. The battery also does not hold its charge longer than 1 day. I don't know anything else about these devices, but the quality is clearly GARBAGE.

I’m not happy with my Fitbit Charge 4 simply because it doesn’t stay charged for seven days (like it states on the box). It doesn’t monitor my sleep every night. I wasn’t able to set my timer while shopping. And several other things.

These fitbits are rubbish, there is a known hardware issue with reading your HR. I would imagine if thats wrong, so is all the info it calculates. Problems with the last few I bought, would not get again

I have always loved Fit Bit trackers but this tracker would not pair with my phone. I tried to disconnect and reconnect my Bluetooth and add and remove my Fit Bit app. Nothing worked, I finally had to return my Charge 4.

2 straps broke within 2 months. Upon closer inspection, the Fitbit itself is failing, not the straps. Of course, I can't return it to Best Buy because, why would you stand behind what you sell? That would be a terrible business model.

Either defective or difficult to get it started-even tech support for Fitbit were baffled! Returned the item & purchased different brand of fairness tracker! Happy with Charge 2 but very disappointed with Charge 4!

I purchased this approx 45 days ago. It repeatedly shuts down and has to be reset only to shut down again a few hours later - would not recommend. The charger is awful and difficult to connect and charge. All in all - not worth all of the hassle so far.

After using this for a week it no longer holds a charge and can’t be used. It’s past the return period. So, it was a complete waste of money. Look for a different product if you want an activity tracker.

After 1 year, the Charge4's battery life drastically declined to less than 1 day. I turned off all the battery consuming services like notifications, gps, etc. as per Fitbit's customer service but did not change anything.

I wanted something simple: track steps on something I can wear at all times. Fit Bits are terrible at doing this. I wish some co would make an accurate-ish wearable but this co ain’t it. Best Buy gave excellent customer service, however!

Not recommended fitbit isn't good anymore, it doesn't last like the first charge, very disappointed 14 months battery is fail, it is not worth to buy a new one every year.
