It's not waterproof - don't be fooled. Mine is a few months old and I made the mistake of wearing it in the shower yesterday. That's it - now it doesn't work.

Do not buy the Charge 4 , hasn’t worked properly since bought it, also Best Buy only allows returns within 14 days then have to go through Fitbit directly which is a nightmare if didn’t purchase from FitBit.

I have tried several fitbits and this is my least favorite. I had it for 12hrs when it frozen and had to be factory reset. Now it isn’t tracking my sleep. I will be retuning it and going with Garmin for my fitness tracker.

The interface is very confusing, not at all like the previous Fitbit that I purchased. I would not recommend purchasing this if you want to use it as anything else than a watch(which defeats the purpose).

This lasted 4 days then it quit working! It was the 3rd fitbit I tried. I think they are all sub-quality unless you pay $300 to $400 to get one that works well. Sorry. I will never buy another one. thanks for my refund.

Bought this for my wife worked 2 days then quit returned it for another one and that one didn't work at all so returned it.

My husband got this, but it’s not very accurate. It would say he did so many steps which in fact he hasn’t. He has an Apple Watch as well so he compared them. This however would add a lot of steps drastically!

I should have gone with an Apple Watch. 2 months and this thing is already malfunctioning. Too late to return it so now I guess I’ll have to sell it somewhere to replace it smh. What a waste.

Fitbit Charge 4 died exactly one year from date of purchase. Bad battery charging connection during the year. 3rd Fitbit...no longer a fan :(

It's an ok device if you don't mind charging it several times a day. I would be happy withit holding a charge for at least 2-3 days. I wasted my money when I have to be near an outlet all day in order ti use the Charge 4

On the box it said android 7 and some link to devices that I didn't follow. Didn't work with moto g5 plus and tech support took 3 days to tell me. Spent 1/4 of the price for a mi 5 band that works great.

Sent it to Pakistan for my dad as a gift and I did not open the box as I wanted it to be sealed. Guess what the watch LCD is not working. Not a chance that I can return it back to Best Buy.

Not happy at all with this charge 4. Does not record my pulse or sleep good at all. Tried all different scenarios I could think of. Even had fit bit send a new one and it is the same. 2 out of 2.

12 days out of the return window it starts dying for a month the battery lasted a week or more less than two weeks later it does before the end of the day everyday. It truly is a shame you can’t give zero stars

Returned it. It was useless for me--needed to buy a new watch or tablet in order to use it. In store helper should have at least had me check before I even made the purchase.

Returned item, would not sync up with my PC or my mobile phone. Tried everything I could think of and tried internet and it would not work.

I cannot get it to sync with my phone. It was synced but it will not any more. It has been very disappointing. I have never had this trouble before.

I bought this to replace a charge 2, that was no longer holding a charge for long. The charge 2 always shorted me floors, but this one was worse! I ended up returning it, fitbit support was no help.

It worked great for the first two days I had it. They did a update and it would not connect to the phone. I tried for two day and gave up. I returned it back to the store.

i have had this less than a month. the display has gone dim. the data is so small you can hardly read it.. i will return it if I can . The chrge 2 was much better.
