Long battery life & iPhone 11 works GREAT

It works perfectly well with my iPhone 11 (not like someone else mentioned). My battery lasts 5 days not 7 (I use my GPS almost every day). Screen is brighter and has better sensitivity than my old model. The Active Zone minutes, the built in GPS, and the sleep measuring my oxygen levels are all very helpful features to me. Set up was 4 hours. I like having the menu including weather and my calendar right on my wrist I just wish I could rearrange their order. Also wish it had Alexa like the previous Versa 2 or at least be able to work with my Amazon Music. I don’t think it’s fair that they only allow Spotify as the music choice and that only Android phones can text reply from the wrist or else I’d give 5 stars.

Our daughter uses it to track the amount of activity she does while training. It tracks the steps, distance and heart rate. It also tracks your sleep time. Which is very useful. It's easy to synch to the app and look at trends and histories. Battery lasts over a week and it charges quickly.

Charge 4 is solid... just get the setting right.

I'm on my second Charge 4. My first model was counting too many steps... turned out I needed to change the settings to dominant on my non-dominant arm... makes the tracking way too sensitive; I'd get 500+ steps while typing on my keyboard and driving. I also have an Apple watch series 5. The charge 4 was more accurate after I changed my settings on the phone app. The GPS is a great feature for athletes that don't carry their phone on them all the time. That apple watch was too heavy and uncomfortable for my usage. I also like that I'm not stuck to just my phone to observe my stats... If you're focused on setting goals for fitness... Fitbit is the way to go.

The screen went black after 2 years and then the plastic housing that the band clips to broken so I couldn't use it anymore or attached a band. Since the screen was black, I wasn't able to reset the tracker or change the settings on it. It was completely useless. I contacted Fitbit to see what they could do and they did give me a code to get 35% off a new tracker but the code didn't work and it was only good for 30 days. I asked if I could get a new code since the old code didn't work and they wouldn't give me a new one. I have been a die hard Fitbit customer for over 10 years. I will now be switching to a different brand. I even used their scale and other devices as well.

Great as a regular watch, Inaccurate Tracking

    Posted .

Heart rate monitoring was good but the calorie tracking was highly inaccurate as well as step count. I noticed I would take it off and leave it at home all day and it would read that I had burned over 1,000 calories without taking a single step. Also, while driving I would accumulate about 200 steps and Fitbit will not let you edit your step count. Overall, very comfortable to wear, great battery life, accurate heart rate monitor, but highly inaccurate for calories and steps. I returned the device and purchased an Apple Watch, which has been dramatically more accurate.

Nifty watch, Bought it to keep track of my heart rate as well as step count, calories and water intake recording. Got a cloth flex band as the band the comes withh it irritated my wrist regardless of how loose or tight i would wear it.
