I recently switched from my old charge 2 to the charge 4. It is similar but still getting used to accessing data a bit differently. The first thing I had an issue with was it wouldn't charge. The issue turned out to be using the usb charging port off a power strip rather than a dedicated usb charger. I'm now using a Belkin 2-port charger plugged into that same power strip and no longer have an issue with charging. The abilities of the charge 4 are better that the 2 but still getting used to what it can do extra... but pleased so far

This is my 3rd Fitbit Charge. I had both the Charge 2 and Charge 3 and have upgraded each time and was not disappointed in the upgrade. Better battery life and even more features than its predecessor.

This activity tracker is very good. It stays charged as advertised. And I feel is accurate. I do wish it had more exercises.

Very useful activity tracker with a large and is easy to read display. Both the GPS and heart rate functions work accurately most of the time.

I bought the Fitbit Charge 4 for my husband and he loves it. He loves to exercise and wearing his new Fitbit while walking or lifting weights gives him encouragement to do better.

So far so good. I had to buy this one to replace my old FitBit 3 due to the screen getting too dim to read anymore. Hopefully they corrected the problem and this new one will work OK. It has a newer screen that is easier to read too. But otherwise this new version is working good, no problems so far with it. Battery life is not as good as with the previous version though. I have to charge the new one up twice a week now. They seem to have added GPS to it, so it tends to drain the battery faster. But I think you may be able to turn GPS off, although I am not sure about that. It does work with my Health Insurance Company for tracking fitness and exercise too.

An All Around Good Fitness Tracker

I use Fitbit trackers and this, Charge 4, is my third (prior purchase Alta HR & Charge 2). If you use all of the features of this tracker the battery will drain quickly. I turn off notifications and don't use GPS because I invariably have my phone with me. I do like the Fitbit Pay function and use it frequently at supported terminals (most everywhere)-no problems or issues thus far. If you like the Charge 2 or Fitbit trackers generally I think you will like the Charge 4. It's not perfect, but it is loaded with features and so far no issues for me.

Love it for tracking steps. It works well for tracking sleep although there are many times it doesnt give a sleep score only the amount of time you sleep.

My daughter loves that it can use ApplePay, it has 2 bands, lots more features than prior models, and she can integrate it with all her data from the past model on her Fitbit account.

With the current pandemic and WFM option, haven't seen a gym since March and invested on this new toy. The Fitbit and App works great paired w/ my Samsung S10. Battery Life w/o GPS is about 4-5 days and couple hours to charge. Pulse + Sleep, calorie and step monitor are awesome. As for accuracy, can't say since I don't have other fitness trackers to compare. Durability, so-so .... It's a not G-SHOCK so don't go banging it around. Invest in a good screen film cover. Got some scruff marks on the case already... I figure this will last about 1.5 years.

I use only the Steps/day and Sleep features. I wish it explained how to use the other features. By trial I learned to touch gently just the bottom of the screen to move thru Steps,Heart rate, Calories, Miles, Stairs, and Zone. Swiping sideways steps thru Time and four other screens. On my laptop, the display of Sleep data is a nice graph of Awake, REM, Light, Deep sleep, and Estimated Oxygen Variation (which I assume relates to snoring or apnea). I did not see any explanation of how to use any other features. I don't want Premium.
