I'm a big fan of Fitbit - I love how everything is organized in the app and all the products owned through them sync together very easily. The only downfall I have is that the watches do not last long... so far I've owned 4 Fitbits in the last 3 years - and talking to customer service is atrocious because they refuse to offer you a replacement unless you threaten to no longer buy their products. The watch itself is nice, but unless you buy it on sale it's not really worth the money. There has been countless times where the watch glitches and is unreadable for a few minutes or so and I have to either wait it out to fix itself or plug it into the computer to reset it. This has been a constant issue with every Fitbit I've owned. And unfortunately, with this watch in particular, the bands do not fit well on the device - there's a gap, which I'm reading is just a faulty part of the Charge 4's design apparently. Honestly the only reason I stay with Fitbit is because the majority of my friends have one and we enjoy doing weekly challenges together to stay active. If it weren't for that, I'd have pitched it years ago and stuck with my Garmin.

This Fitbit is a nice step up from Previous versions. I had the Fitbit 2 before and the 4 is a good deal.

You can't see the display in any level of sunlight. Other than that it is what I expected, no more or less. Battery life is good but not great when GPS is turned off. Poor when it is on. I would recommend it if you are just looking for a record of the fitness options it offers. I would not if you actully want it in part as a watch.

Had the charge 3 and worked well. The charge 4 seems to be a little more accurate. I like the gps setting.

The fit bit was an excellent product. It was exactly what I needed to keep track of steps, time, in coming calls.

Bought for my dad. He had the charge 3 but lost it so I got him this one. Lightweight. Comfortable strap. Good battery life.

The fitbit is an awesome accessory for what it does. It's not a smart watch, so if you're looking for that, look elsewhere. Instead, this tracks your health, steps, sleep and more. You can get messages on it, but can't reply, which is fine. The fitbit app is also really good and includes everything you need to get in shape and record how you got there. It's also super comfy and easy to wear all day and night. Battery really does last a week which is awesome.

This Fitbit charge is sleek and packed with nice features. This is an excellent companion for staying active and healthy.

I was using my charge 2 for about 4 years until it finally stopped working so I purchased the Charge 4. I have been using it everyday but I am having problems with the exercise mode. it takes time to stop when I go a run. I can start it easy enough but not stop the timer. But I do like that I don't need my phone to carry to track the map and distance of my run.

This is my third Fitbit purchase. I originally purchased a Charge 2, and it served me well. I decided to pick up a Charge 3 when they were first introduced, and gave my wife the Charge 2. I had problems with the Charge 3, in that the display became almost impossible to see, regardless of where I was at. I decided to go with a Charge 4 when it first came out, and I am totally satisfied with it. My wife's Charge 2 is also working perfectly.

Great item and very easy to install. Enjoy being able to keep track of my steps.

Love my Fitbit!! easy to use and helps me tracks sleep and vitals.

I had a Blaze for several years but never really used all the advanced features. Decided to go with something more compact and less feature heavy this time around. All in all it works well. My only real commentary is that the card pay option takes to long to unlock to make it easy to use and that a traditional watch face on the display is hard to read. Outside of that it is perfect for what I need.

It is a must for my husband and helps us track his HR and activity which is critical in self care for heart issues.
