I purchased a Fitbit 3 years ago, needed to be replaced. Purchased Charge 4 —- significant improvements & flexibility! I would definitely recommend the Charge 4!

This is a great fitness tracker. The mobile payment feature is something I use regularly, especially, since I try to not take my wallet out. The issue is that the bands don't make contact with the tracker's casing. Fitbit is currently sending me a replacement, I hope it's better built. The feature set, however, is great and supports the idea of avoiding the extra expense of a "Smart Watch"

Great beginner device. Unfortunately have to pay in order to access many of the functions. Easy to use.

Upgraded from Charge 2. More options, as well as GPS, which was a key 'sell' for this versus Apple watch. So far, pleased with this tracker/watch.

Tracker/watch is perfect for my needs. I love the fact that the app lets me know when an update is needed. Charge will last for 7+ days.

I love the extra features. I upgraded from a Charge 2, and finally the battery level is available in the display. The price was very reasonable as well.

Exactly what i was looking for. Heart rate is a little of but it definitely counts your steps keeps you on track to your goal. Best purchase

Upgraded from earlier Fitbit model and had some trouble learning all of the new features, but love the extra info that tracks my activity.

It was a gift and I didn’t hear a bad thing about it but if you have apple you might want to check their watch.

Liked the Charge 3, so when it finally stopped working I purchased this to replace it. Happy so far

Fitbit charge 4. Easy to use. Battery last anywhere from two to four days without charge depending on gps use.

All in all a good product. The band is a little skimpy feeling for the price but I think it’s more personal preference.

The font is a bit small for me and is easy to change if you aren't a geezer! I'll get it right soon, but seems to last longer than the Charge 3 I had.

Outstanding! Replaced my charge 2 - fitness tracker has more options, battery life longer, touch screen is nicer than the tap screen of the 2.

I previously had the Fitbit Inspire and upgraded to the Fitbit Charge 4 and I love it. I definitely recommend it!
