I ordered this as a replacement for my Fitbit charge 2. It came with the additional straps as as advertised. I particularly like the bigger display. It has a feel of superior quality compared to my the charge 2. The granite reflective strap felt wet when I sweat and as such I switched back to the regular strap. Other than that this has all the quality I have come to expect from Fitbit.

I like this Fitbit. It works like it is suppose to. I only charge it about once a week. It is very easy to clean.

I bought this fit bit to track my runs and it does just that. The gps Works great and having it be able to control Spotify is great.

Works great; upgraded from a Charge 2. I like the additional features like measuring SpO2 while sleeping.

Gift for my mother. She is 63 and it easy for her to use. She loves it. For more features buy something more for yourself.

The item should come with a way to charge other than USB. At times it is difficult to get the Fitbit to start charging. Other than that I like the new Fitbit Charge 4 better than the last one I had. I wish fitbit didn't change their charger with every change for every model.

Light but heavy weight in terms of technology, style and durability. GPS adds to the sense of security anf sensibility.

Have enjoyed the Fitbit cept when it keeps buzzing me to get up and move around! LOL Seriously thouhg is a very fine instrument.

Great on all the basics! Tells time well, keeps track of sleep and heartrate. Part of my day-to-day life.

It is not easy to program and sometimes the screen does its own thing and not what you want it to do. The tech support is good and can help you reprogram. I just needed it to count steps and in general it does that. The first fit bit band broke but they had me send it back and I got a whole new fitbit so they stand by their product.

Easy to set up and this makes me accountable! I like seeing how many steps I take each day after a double knee replacement!

I really like this Charge 4 got lucky too because it was on sale while I was in the market for a replacement for my Charge 2.

Love this item. iPhone compatible. Exactly what I was looking for keeping track of my daily activities and sleeping habits.

This was purchased as a gift for our 16 year old daughter and is an upgrade from an older version. It has a lot of bells and whistles that she isn't using, but she enjoys checking some of her stats, such as how well she slept and her physical activity. We had some trouble with the bands on her older Fitbit breaking off of the tracker. Hoping this larger version has better durability. I like that this band works more like a traditional watch band rather than a bracelet with a snap.

I updated from my Alta HR and bought this. I am very happy with it and the updates. Easy to use and Love the color!

Does a fantastic job tracking everything I need. I also have it paired up to the Fitbit scale to keep track of progress.

Fitbit is great. Really happy with it. Comes with two bands - surprised about that. Does well in water!

I love this product. It meets my needs. I even got my Dad one. I have purchased several fitbits and this is my favorite.

Better wrist band that earlier model. Comfortable and light fitting. Water resistant also.
