    The last one lasted just a little over a year and the screen went out. Everything worked well and had a long lasting battery. They don’t offer an extended protection plan so you will be buying a new one if you have the same problem.

    This is compact but has a lot of features. It is my 3rd fitbit and they are all still functioning. I use a versa 2 for formal and casual occasions. This charge 4 is for daily use. My original charge 2 is for exercise and when I do chores. I recommend the charge 4 to anyone who wants its features at a lower price than the other options. The only negative is the band attachment design is not a secure on the 4 as it is on the 2.

    Purchased this FitBit in 2020 and it was great. I've since upgraded to the Charge 5 and it's the same great quality. It's best to purchase these through the FitBit website or through BestBuy and get the protection plan in case there are any issues. I had one stop working but it was automatically replaced by BestBuy with my protection plan. I'm satisfied with the fitness device.
