This is her 2nd fitbit. She loves the versatility and the size of the charge 4

After initially having sync problems over several days, I shutdown my iPhone, restarted my iPhone SE, deleted, re-installed my Fitbit App and most importantly, in my iPhone settings, I forgot my Bluetooth connection for Fitbit. I then went to the Fitbit app and set up my Bluetooth connection to my iPhone. Since then, I have had very little problem syncing my Fitbit device to the app.

Great fitness tracker! I don't need all the smartwatch features just a fitness tracker so this has been perfect. It does give the apps I used on my last watch like Weather, Timer, Spotify controls, Relax, Agenda, Alarms and Exercise of course :D. I also use the text alerts. It is super comfy on, even to sleep with! Everything I need!

Much longer battery charge. I like the bigger face.

PROS - heart rate is pretty accurate - sometimes does read inaccurate heart rate but no one is perfect - tracks heart rate, calories and steps - those are all I need on a smart watch - shows text messages and calls CONS - annoying health alerts that I reached my goal and that screen will not go away when you are walking or exercising - you can accidentally touch the screen and not know you set it to DND - does not have sleep tracker or any other advanced features. nothing to special about this special edition. For its price, you could have got the fitbi versa 2 which had better features and about the same price but who knows how long these watches will last. Fitbits dont last forever and I dont know why i even bought one but needed to track my heart rate and not spend an arm and leg on a apple watch

Documentation is a little vague. Took a couple of days to understand traversing the menus and apps. Sync ok with iPad but seems to have problems with iPhone, Activity tracker works ok, sleep tracker seems accurate. Haven’t used gps feature yet Overall satisfied , comfortable to wear and looks ok

Easy to download app get set up and running. Nice quick to change bands.

This Fitbit does it all. I especially like the accuracy of the heat rate/ pulse.

I was planning to upgrade from charge 2 and this one is a perfect replacement.

Charge 4 has nice features for setting each activity

The FitBit Charge 4 is a great piece of technology. It's fun to use and motivates me to make some better choices around movement and sleep. Only drawback is that I'm a small person, so it felt too big on my wrist. I downsized to the Inspire 2, which feels better for me.

Upgraded from my Charge 3. Great fitness tracker. Very easy to navigate.

Like the features on the Fitbit. Easy to set up. Easy to pair with phone
