It has a really good battery life and the inbuilt GPS and spotify really help. I don't need to carry my phone now during work out.

Good tracker, upgrade from Charge 3

Very similar to the Charge 3 in look and feel, but a definite upgrade in terms of functionality! Overall, it is a really good device if a bit plain and utilitarian. The one thing I hate about it is you can NOT have a Charge 4 and a Sense on the same account. I bought both at the same time only to find you must choose 1. I stuck with the cheaper Charge 4 as I had planned to stick with it as my daily wear device.

    GPS tracking inaccurate

This tracker unfortunately fails at its main selling point- the built in GPS. The workout tracking consistently tracks my runs/hikes shorter than they actually are, by a factor as high as ~15%. I have tried tracking on the device and my phone (using the Fitbit app) simultaneously, and the tracker consistently underperforms. The generated map appears identical, so there's no reason the calculated distance shouldn't be the same. Additionally, mine broke after about 9 months of standard usage. To their credit, Fitbit support was painless to deal with. I would have rather just gotten a refund though. Pros: Looks nice, battery life is great (when not using GPS) Other cons: sometimes the recurring alarm would stop going off in the morning until I deleted and remade it, screen is hard to see in sunlight If you're looking for GPS tracked workouts, keep looking

    Good Product, Meh Price

I got the Charge 4 due to the screen of my Charge 3 unfortunately dying on me for about a 2-4 years of nearly constant use. It works nicely and the updates on the Fitbit app and everything is similar. Only difference is you can attach your Spotify account to play your music through the Charge 4, something that is a niche use to pay a bit more, rather getting another Charge 3. So, a good product by Fitbit, an average price at best, even when on sale for 100$ when I bought it.

I'm pleased with my choice to purchase the FitBit Charge 4. I only had my Charge 3 for 6 months and the display started going dim. After troubleshooting with a FitBit rep, it still wouldn't display. So they sent me a replacement. I decided to go ahead and purchase this Charge 4 from BestBuy since I don't have issues with the products I purchase from here. I should've got the Charge 3 from here, but got it on sale at Koh's instead. I will never do that again. Sticking with Best Buy for quality purposes.

I bought the Charge 4 to replace the Charge 2 and am pleased with the upgrade. One major difference for me is that the screen indicating the time is much larger and easier to see. In addition, the need for charging is much less frequent, something I appreciate. The display still is difficult to read in the sun.

I was looking for something that was not a usual smart watch and would last me more than a day on a single charge. I'm terrible at charging smart watches which is why I like this Fitbit. I can go 5 days without having to charge it and the fitness tracker/step tracker works great. I also use the sleep tracker which seems to be spot on. I have had it for almost a month now and I feel like you can't go wrong with this Charge 4.

Nice and slim to wear. Battery last long time. Wear it to work M-F, walking about 6 miles a day and still over 50% charged on Friday.
