I am very happy with the Fitbit 4. This is the 4th Fitbit product I've purchased and connecting this to my phone and account was a snap. I love that it also connected easily with Spotify and other apps. Great purchase. I love the fast delivery service. Delivered with same day service.

This one has a learning curve. I was using the charge 2 “I think. I love that this one allows me to answer call & communicate if I have my earbuds. The only con for me is the clock isn’t displayed all the time. Unless of course, I don’t know how to set it up.

I Love It! It Works Great! The Extra Grey Design Band should be saved for Special Occasions, I got it dirty pretty fast! Other than that...I am still learning all the features but it is Nice!

This Fitbit Charge 4 is the best activity tracker on the market at any price! The iOS app and web dashboard are incredible and extremely informational. The GPS and accuracy of this device are spot on. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

This was a replacement for my previous Fitbit. Wish there were more colors to choose, like the rise gold as previously offered. Works as expected.

For the price its not really worth it. Had to purchase other bands because it hurt my wrist and the one that came with it didnt sit flush like the other side or the other bands suck cuz I specifically wanted the purple band that it came with but i will never use it. Cant listen to music only if you pay 9.99 a month and you have to have the premium account to do it and ONLY Spotify which i dont use. Does not last for 7 day the most ive got was 3 to 4 and I dont use any of the features because there are none that work properly. Very sad about this purchase because the screen freezes and will only swip up sometime started not working properly on the 17th day so Best Buy wont take it back after 14 to 15 days. Honestly alls I want is a Versa 2 or 3 and ill pay the difference for the actual functionalities. I only bought fit bit because it syncs with my WW app flawlessly and unfortunately comes at a price. I do like the keep moving feature, step counter and sleep tracker thay are really nice. But then you try to use the app on your phone and you cant add any more apps or use most of the functionalities of the premium due to the lack of space. Honestly it should be only $ 75 to $ 100 tops. Photo of black band just for comparison to the one that came with it.

I purchased the Charge 4 to replace my Garmin Vivosmart HR that has wristband issues. No matter what I do, notifications won't work - I've followed all the instructions on Fitbit's website and also searched the web for a resolution - no luck. I've connected to all the apps I used with my Garmin, but things are extremely inconsistent with the Charge 4. I use a tracker to report my activity to my employer's wellness program because meeting metrics earns me a discount on my healthcare each quarter. The Charge 4 is sending my sleep and steps, but it doesn't transmit my workouts, which specifically earn me points towards my discount. The Charge 4 is receiving my calorie intake from MyFitnessPal, but it doesn't send back my calorie expenditure. Also disappointing selection for workouts. Surprised there isn't an option to select Weight Training, Circuit or Interval Training. Just expected so much more. I guess that's my biggest complaint - I had such high expectations... but the Charge 4 has been an all around disappointment. I guess the one positive is being able to switch out the wristband and there are multiple options/styles. But that seems to be the ONLY positive. That's sad. I'm most likely going to return the Charge 4 to Best Buy.

I loved my fit bit. I did not wear it in the shower, water or bad condition. The plastic rotted & completely fell apart. The band itself had no problem nor did the internal working part. It is the cheap plastic that failed & cannot be replaced.

I am done buying Fitbit watches. This is the second one to break on me. The band breaks - end which snaps on the band. With that broken, it is no longer useful.

The screen is totally unreadable outdoors, even on a partly cloudy day. I bought this device for my running and cycling activities, so this major flaw renders the Charge 4 useless to me. It baffles me how Fitbit can sell a device with this design flaw. I have attached pictures to show how the Charge 4 appears when I'm in my garage compared to how it totally washes out when I step outside my garage. Did the engineers and design team think that people would be running and biking indoors!!??
