Love my Fitbit Charge 4! My old one (Charge 2) was still working but getting pretty worn out. So glad that I upgraded to my new 4. It feels a bit more well built, easier to read the information, the wristband feels sturdier, and tracker has more options for entering types of activities. In general a great general activity tracker at a reasonable price.

Works great. Good battery life. Good price. It's also accurate.

My new Charge 4 works great and has awesome features. My only issue with Fitbit is that the products don't last very long, but I love how easy Fitbits are to use. My 1st Fitbit, an Alta, lasted 1 1/2 years, 2nd Fitbit, a Charge 3 lasted barely one year....let's see how long this Charge 4 lasts.

Device delivery was on time. It also tracks the steps pretty well. The automatic exercise detection still need to perform better in terms of accurately identifying the exercise and zone minutes. Tracker interface is simple and easy to use. Works well for quick preview of notifications.

Just what I was looking for. Small light weight with GPS tracking.

This worked better than I thought it would. It is a very nice watch for the price and does everything I wanted it to do. I was very happy when I found out I did not have to start over as I have a first generation fitbit and did not want to lose my historic data. I can use the old one or new one and the app knows and saves the data. So far I love this watch.

Setup was quick and easy; it quickly and reliably synced with iPhone. *Cumbersome to use app to access sleep analysis feature—not “easy-Peasy” as marketing hypes. *Hard to connect charger the second time he charged it. Finally, he got it charged. Hope this difficulty was a one-time event.

HR monitor and other tech all seemed to be very accurate, and I'm a big fan of Fitbit's app/UI, but this was just too large for me. I have thin/small wrists and even with the smaller band (which did fit), the watch face was too large and very bulky.

I love the built-in GPS. It is easy to use and just the right size.

Excellent product to exercise and worth on cost to purchase

This Charge 4 replaces my Charge 2. The only thing that bothers me is the difficulty in finding answers to questions. There is a manual on the app that can be found on the pc. I prefer a hard copy. I would be willing to buy a Charge 4 manual. There are so many things that the Charge 4 can do.

I love the small design. Not as bulky, therefore lightweight.

A basic tracker that does just what I need & nothing more. My only complaint would be that it doesn’t record my stairs if I am carrying something (my arm isn’t swinging). So when I am up & down the stairs all day, I have to be sure my right arm stays free.

I've been waiting for the Charge to finally add GPS. I upgraded from the Charge 2 to this Charge 4 and I'm liking it. The lack of physical button takes a little while to get used to, but otherwise the updates and addition of GPS are great.

I love my new Fitbit. If you've watched YouTube videos about the Charge 4 then you've probably heard that with gps on, the battery lasts only like an hour ( if that ). Well they fixed that problem. The Charge 4 now has a dynamic setting for gps and I leave mine on all of the time and I get nearly a week's worth of battery life

I haven’t had this product for long, however, I do like how simple it is to use and how comfortable the band feels on the wrist. I tend to forget that I even have anything on the wrist. Overall I would recommend this to friends and family.

Love the color, just a little disappointed with the battery life. 5 days versus 7 as indicated in description. Only have one alarm set so it shouldn’t drain that fast and other features are not on, like calls and texting. Like the other features like HR and auto description of workouts.

There seems to be an issue with either the Charge 4 itself or the black gizmo that is used to charge up the device -- twice, now, when I have connected the device to the charger, the device does not charge at all and the green sensing light on bottom of the watch goes out. The last time, a few days ago, my charge was down to 24% so I attached it to the plugged in charger and left it overnight. Next morning, it still showed it was charging but it remained at the 24% level it was night before and there were no sensor lights on watch. If this happens again, I'll be bringing the Charge 4 back to the store. I've had several Fitbits over the years and my last Charge 3 worked beautifully (but the band failed and it fell off somewhere during one day while out shopping and I didn't realize it until later - bummers).
