This FitBit replaced previous model which stopped charging. Enjoy the average 5-day battery life & ease of syncing with app. The screen is also easier to see in bright light outside. Would buy again.

We brought it for our daughter to track her activity and her O2 saturation when she is asleep. It gives a wave variable, would be better off giving an actual number.

This has been such a great purchase.. it is still going strong almost a year later. I wear it every day and have no complaints. It's easy to use and holds a charge for several days.

It works as intended. Lots of steps to set up though if you want your phone and other things connected to it. Nice looking display as well. Good quality for price.

Purchased the FitBit Charge 3 a little over a month ago. This is the first time that I've ever owned a Fit bit and I'm enjoying my new gadget. It's easy to use and definitely gets me moving more.

    Great concept, software seems buggy

My first fitbit - I like how it tracks a variety of things but the software seems buggy, to the point where it randomly stops tracking my exercise or it thinks I've been sleeping for a while after I've woken up and been active. The device itself is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Battery life isn't great if you use the workout tracker, but supposedly it's better than it used to be. Hoping the software issues can be addressed quickly - that would make this a five star product.

The Fitbit Charge 4 is upgraded from the regular Fitbit. It has a larger face, but is still no bigger than a small wrist watch. It is easier to read and tracks my activity very well.

I'm still torn about whether to keep this device. I am making use of the data it provides and I find it helpful as a reminder to keep active. On the other hand, the first one had to be exchanged because it would not reliably sync, and this one has similar problems as well. The windows app is constantly asking to sync with the device, and FitBit support tells me this is not possible. I'm also less than thrilled with the sleep monitoring. It consistently tells me I spent an hour or more awake in the middle of the night, and I have no awareness of such a thing (nor does my wife!).

    Horribly Innacurrate Heart Rate Sensor

I bought this to be able to monitor my heart rate during workouts, and it just didn't meet expectations at all for accuracy. At heart rates above 110bpm, it was often 10-20bpm below a chest monitor, or even one of those medical finger monitors. On top of that, actually getting to *view* my heart rate while on a piece of cardio equipment was a joke. Repeatedly trying to quickly twist my arm, or tap the screen where it often just didn't respond. And, after some random amount of time, it would reset the default display back to the time, rather than the pulse display. Otherwise, it is comfortable enough. The display is fine, though not as nice as a good old boring digital watch LCD in the sunlight. Battery life is unsurprisingly miserable compared to a non-smartwatch. Using the timer, chronograph was actually pretty annoying compared to my cheap-o Armitron. The touch screen just isn't as usable at this size as physical buttons. So, what, really, is the point of this device? To count everyday steps and convince myself that I've exercised and can thus avoid the gym? Meh. I returned it, and bought a Polar H10 Heart Rate Sensor chest strap, which is *far* more accurate and has a much better battery life with just a watch battery. For my wrist, I'll stick with an Armitron, Casio, or Timex and avoid even more digital distractions.

My wife love it, small, sleek, and even let her knows when her cycle begins. Definitely a great buy if you don't want to spend extra money for the higher-end Fitbit watches.

After using a Fitbit Ionic for a few years, I needed another fitness tracker and decided to go for a sleeker profile. I am enjoying it. Does everything the Ionic did and the design and band is much better.

Fitbit is easy to use and is a great motivator. I know it will help me achieve goal for the new year weight loss. I like to know my heart rate and how far I have traveled at the end of the day.

Gift for my husband, replacing his Charge 3 with the 4 after the 3 battery would not keep a charge after 3 years of daily use. The 4 is slick and very nice. He likes that you can get the weather on the 4.

I like this wrist technology. Fairly simple to figure out. Most activity is accurate except maybe the "flight of stairs". Records at least 3-4 flights every day but I have no stairs to climb!
