Build Quality Issues

The mobile payment feature is something I use regularly, especially, since I try to not take my wallet out. The issue is that the bands don't make contact with the tracker's casing. Fitbit is currently sending me a replacement, I hope it's better built. The feature set, however, is great and supports the idea of avoiding the extra expense of a "Smart Watch"
