This is my third Fitbit. I like keeping tract of my steps, sleep pattens and heart rate.

Seems less responsive touch screen than the Charge 2 I am replacing, but much lighter weight

Absolutely love it! Especially all the new features and the heart rate seems a lot more accurate than my previous Fitbit, the Alta HR.

Love my Fitbit! I really like the smaller less bulky design of the Charge 4. Works great!

I started with the original Fitbit, but went to Flex 2 and now the Charge 4. The Charge 4 obviously has more options and is easy to use.

Bought for my wife. So Far she likes it. Wanted to track activity and this seems to do that.

The Fitbit -Charge 4 is great. The only problem I have is trying to charge the fitbit.

Still getting used to the options. Had a hard time updating but after I got it done it is working well

Here are the main problems with this Fitbit 1. It is impossible to see on a sunny day. You can cover it with a hand, or put it under your shirt, too dim (even on brightest setting) to see. What is the point of exercising with this outside if you can't see it? 2. Occasionally the step count just locks up, doesn't increase anymore. Only resolution I have found is to reboot it. 3. I gave up using the internal GPS on this so I set it to use the GPS on my Iphone 12 Pro Max. It takes multiple minutes to connect to my phone sometimes. Meanwhile, running the fitness app on my phone it tracks me and seemingly never loses GPS. 4. The charging cable that comes with this is ridiculously short. A normal height wall outlet will leave the fitbit dangling from the air while charging.

Very good product.. it was a gift to my dad who loves to walk .. he is enjoying the tracker.

Love this Fitbit. I continue to learn new features it’s capable of.. would definitely recommend it.

This is my 4th Fitbit. I have been a happy FitBit user until I cracked the face on my Charge 3 and decided to buy a Charge 4. Big mistake, as I do not find this version at all user friendly. I can’t read it unless I am indoors and I preferred tapping the face to see the time and my stats. I will get rid of this watch after the holidays.

Had the Charge 2 before not much different but the longer battery life is great,
