I like it! Does everything I need! Heart rate, sleep, steps, activity and overnight oxy.. yeah it works for me!

Battery drains in just a couple of days; does not track my route without phone being present (what's the point of a watch GPS tracker that needs the phone with it to work?). Otherwise it was slim enough, but still not what I was looking for in a tracking watch. I replaced it with a Garmin in just a few months, but honestly, not any happier with the Garmin (it's just a prettier watch).

I love my FitBit Charge 4... I have used Fitbit now for 4 years. I hate big, clunky, complex fitness watches, thus is the perfect size and functionality for a woman with small wrists like me. It monitors everything you want to monitor, with the app you can scan your food and even keep your daily food and water intake. The heart rate monitoring is accurate, exercise tracking is accurate... it monitors your sleep quality, steps, etc... and it is very easy to use. I work out at a minimum 4 days a week, try and average 5 days a week. So I use this for all its intended purposes. Love my Fitbit, you will love yours too...

I love my Fitbit! The way it keeps track of my steps and my pulse. I hope the band holds up. I did learn not to fasten it so tight. I need to learn the sleeping steps.

Fitbit has a reputation in our house as being good quality, but occasionally has hiccups. The Charge 4 is no different. All the features work pretty much as described. The screen occasionally locks up. And sometimes the Fitbit exits out of an activity without me actually finishing it. I didn't realize until the next day when my Fitbit app said I worked out for 18 hours and burned 7k calories. As I said, no tracker is perfect, but Fitbit has my support.

Bought this because my Wife needed a new Firbit and she absolutely loves it. Although there are a variety of features available, she primarily uses it to track her steps and heart rate. It definitely serves it purpose and my Wife gets upset anytime she realizes she left home without it. I'm glad that the Fitbit is serving her well. After just reviewing the features before writing this review, I'm going to encourage her to review them because there are so many that she can benefit from. Technology is making the process of us taking care of ourselves more convenient.

Great small size. It connects to the app easily and it’s easy to use and review on the app. I really like that It shows your cellphone calls. It holds a charge for 5-7 days. I don’t like having to recharge it, but I don’t think there are any others that don’t require charging. I had one before this. It eventually required recharging every two days then wouldn’t recharge. There’s no easy way to change the battery. It has to be soldered. So I just threw it away and got another one.

I've been using this for a while. You wanna lose weight? Follow what it tells you to do to the T and log all your food and you WILL lose weight. You wanna track workouts? Make sure you enable "GLONASS" under GPS settings if you're going to use it without your phone, otherwise it takes forever to pair up with normal GPS. The battery is great and it does everything the new apple watch 6 tries to do for fitness, but better. However, if you want a smartwatch, look elsewhere. This is a fitness tracker. The only issue I have is the HR monitor just doesn't respond that fast if you're doing HIIT or sprint training. Otherwise, it's good.

Fitbit does it again. The battery life is amazing compared to some of the other Fitbit models. Love the sleep tracking feature and zone minutes. Best of all, water resistant!

love this watch, easy to set up and light on my wrist. It tracks great and I love how it tracks my sleeping also. It is so easy to use. Best watch I have had so far.

It’s not perfect but it’s a heck of an upgrade coming from the charge 2. It’s more accurate for me in terms of heart rate. Not so much in floors climbed. Also the battery is much better than what I had previously I can get closer to a week than the 2 to 3 days I was getting previously. Pretty pleased with this the only thing I don’t really like is sometimes when you open the app and try to sync it won’t sync. I then have to close the app and try again and usually it works but sometimes it takes a few tries.

The Fitbit is amazing! Very simple and straight forward to use! Honestly happy with the purchase I’ve made, would recommend.

Love the fitbit. Easy to set up. Easy to read and obtain info such as steps and heart rate. Comes with additional larger band. Battery lasts almost a week.

It’s very lightweight and easy to use. I like the interchangeable writ bands. It tracks your walking and your heart rate. Nice gift for birthdays or graduation .

The device is ok, it serves its purpose and long battery life. One aspect that it fell short, the connection between the device and charger, it's not as easy as a plug and play device. I wish they just made it like a usb c or micro usb connection. Sometimes, I had a hard time placing the device in charging motion and the charger should have been better made. I think Apple is way better. I would have loved to spend much more if I have had known earlier.

Great smart watch. It's my wife's second and she absolutely loves it. Intuitive and gives lots of good information to follow... and not bulky at all!

Watch does everything I expected. I follow activity very close each day with a personal challenge for steps. Also it tracks my sleep giving me important I use.

I had a Charge 2 Fitbit and wanted the features of the newer Charge 4 I spent some time deciding between the Apple Watch and Fitbit and since I was very into checking my sleep patterns every day I decided to go for the Fitbit Charge 4. I wear it all the time and charge it when I am in the shower even though it is waterproof. The Rosewood color is beautiful. Only one problem, you have to swipe your finger over the screen to get to the beats per minute screen which I need all the time. It often doesnt work with a swipe. It takes a while to get the value and I need it urgently.

Purchased for my father who has AFib. This watch has been a lifesaver. User friendly and easy to track.
