Battery life makes this highfy device a crap

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, I am one of those who got the defective (crap) battery that works strangely one or 2 odd days and then usually dies in 24 h on average (GPS off/Never used notifications/screen off...tried everything you know). Who wants this? Glad I bought it through BB so returning/exchanging won't be an issue. If I have time and patient I may try one more time thinking I will get a good piece, luckily, but I know gambling is not a good solution for such a state-of-the-art like devices.
