Charge 5 - 1 Step forward, 3 steps back

Therefore it doesn’t count stairs or elevation. The Charge 4 and back has the altimeter, why not the Charge 5? Makes no sense.

Disappointed

I have trouble scrolling from one screen to another because the screen does not appear to detect my touch. Also, the Charge does not "wake up" when I turn my wrist to see the time and I have not found a way to adjust the sensitivity. Since I started using the Charge 5, I have not registered a single flight of stairs, despite living in a 3-story townhouse and making multiple trips a day from the basement to the 3rd or 2nd floor. I cannot have both the Charge 5 and my Ionic linked to the FitBit app at the same time. I am considering dropping the Charge 5 and only wearing the Ionic.
