Wanted something to monitor my heart rate and steps at work and while working out. The sleep score insights are helpful and seem to match how I feel.

I wanted something simpler than an Apple watch, and this did most of what I wanted. It counts steps, calories, heart rate etc. I would like if like an Apple watch it could be told when an activity was starting and finishing and it would then give the calories, time spent etc. for that activity. Otherwise I am happy with it.

It’s an excellent tracker. Easy to use. I like the ability to check your heart rate, sleep and all steps.

This lasted great for a year & a half. All my Fitbits last about two years max. I didn’t have any issues with mine until it completely went dark on me. GPS works pretty decent & never stalled on updates.

Its small sleek and does collect alot of information that i like and i love wearing it to bed to see how i have been sleeping

Good tracker. Not too big or bulky. Has features i needed and wanted. Battery lasts around a week...no complaints except i wish it came with a screen protector and regulsr charger.

This is everything that I need from a fitness watch. Heart rate .. sleep .. steps .. exercise My only concern is whether or not keep the premium membership after the trial

Slim design is nice. Wrist band, not impressive. Yet another charger. There is a very annoying pop-up that makes the watch vibrate, and it’s trash about a credit card, and hard to get off the screen. Found lots of complaints, dating back through several upgrades. They apparently don’t care enough to fix it.

This is the best Fitbit yet I upgraded because my original one broke, and I am so grateful that I did but I love everything about it!

My girlfriend's mom needed a smart watch. She is not tech savvy, so we decided to go with the Fitbit charge 5. It was easy to install the app. It was easy to tell my girlfriend's mom how to use it. 9/10. Too bad I didn't find a Pokémon pack this time around at the store. Sad day but my girlfriend was happy. That's a win in my book. I guess.

I upgraded from an older Fitbit model. I like the long battery life. It’s slender and light weight so comfortable to wear to sleep in. This model is easier to see in the sunlight than my older one.

Love my Fitbit! I had a very old one which eventually wouldn’t sync anymore so it was time for an upgrade. I love wearing it to the gym and normally I have wearing watches but this one is pretty nice. I like keeping track of my lifestyle for my health. I don’t have any heart conditions so the ECG wasn’t really needed. I do like the sleep track because I definitely know I am not sleeping well and this proved it. It tracks pretty well because when I feel well rested, the watch proves it. Easy to charge and love it’s waterproof.

Really good product that has decent battery life and is pretty accurate. I use this in place of Apple Watch and for the price point, it does do the trick.

I figured this would be another one of my impulse buys that I'd wear for a few days and forget it. Nope. This is one of the best purchases I've made in years. One of the reasons I don't wear a watch is discomfort. This Fitbit is so thin and the band is so comfortable I don't feel it. I wear it sleeping and never think about it. It makes me so much more aware of how much I'm moving (or not moving) and when my heart is fast or slow. I've been wearing it for just over a month. I can't overstate how much I'm enjoying it. As for battery life, I recharge it about every 5-6 days, while I'm in the shower.

Fit Bit Charge 5 is a very compact device that gives me all the data in looking for. Excellent Battery life. Easy to sync.

The Charge 5 has served me well. It has held up to all it has promised. Just wish there were more bands available. Changing them is extremely easy.

This Fitbit works quite well. The size is manageable. The battery life is longer than other Fitbits I’ve had previously.

The Fitbit Charge 5 was very easy to set up and is easy to use. Just wearing my Fitbit encourages me to walk further than I normally would. I set goals and try to meet them daily. If I don't, there is always tomorrow.1 bad day does not kill my goals. I highly recommend getting a Fitbit Charge 5.

For what it is, it’s very dependable and easy. It’s not a smart watch, but has some smart features and limited notification capability. The sleep tracking is up there with the best of them though, and the activity and fitness sensors are also top tier. I’d highly recommend getting a cheap fabric Velcro strap off amazon, you almost forget it’s there.

Great economical product. Long battery life and easy to use.
