    Accurate, with problems

Seems accurate with steps. Sleep monitoring seemed inconsistant, worked one night and not the next. Tried wearing differently, did not help. Battery was good, 7 days or better with just steps, heart rate, and sleep monitoring.

I love this fitbit, I can track all my workouts, steps and the way I was sleeping, my recommendations if you want something not too big and full coloring.

    Not a good Whoop alternative

I got this watch because it was supposed to do similar stuff as the Whoop strap. I've been disappointed after a few months as it hasn't lived up to that goal and doesn't really engage with the user as a Whoop strap does. But it's absolutely comfortable to wear, has taken a beating and little to no noticeable damage or wear to it. Screen is very nice. I enjoy this watch, but just not for the reasons I wanted it for.

Bought this Charge 5 because my Charge 3 display faded out completely. This display is much brighter. I can actually see it while OUTDOORS EXERCISING! What a concept! So far it meets my expectations except I no longer have the numbers of floors climbed or weather. Like the oximeter feature and looking forward to the EKG function to come.

This is my first Fitbit. I used to use an Apple Watch, but I love how compact this tracker is compared to the Apple Watch. Easy to sync to my iPhone, easy to activate a workout, just easy in general. I do question the step accuracy sometimes which is why I am giving it 4 stars. I would definitely recommend this FitBit to friends and family.

Fitbit Charge 5 Is a great fitness watch, I like it much better than the Apple Watch because of the size and simplicity of what I use a fitness device for (steps, sleep pattern and readiness score, calories burnt, notifications of incoming calls and texts, wake up alarm and occasional mindfulness breathing exercises. The display and controls on the watch is fantastic compared to my previous Fitbits. Oh, I bought at my favorite store, Best Buy for their pricing, protection plan and service c

This is great step counter but it’s my 4 Fitbit due to they only last just as long for the warranty to expire, I wish they were made of better quality.

As someone who has worn Fitbits from the very start, this is a fantastic addition. Finally slim and with a colored screen, it feels and looks modern. However the screen is still too small. Battery is still 5 days max and charging is still tedious and features that were once free are now subscription based. If you’re serious about health, it’s nice to have but If you’re not, you can skip.

Great fitness tracker with excellent battery life (6-7 days). The interface takes some learning and was not intuitive enough at first. Unsure how the GPS is actually used and no mic or speaker for music or calls. For just fitness, it's decent if you catch it on sale. If you want more smart watch features, go with the latest Sense. If you want minimal, you may consider the Luxe.

With the absence of an altimeter, there is no way this can get a 5 star and the poor battery life also gives it a bit of a setback. I do like it though. It’s the sleekest and prettiest charge. The other features are good. The ekg is nice but I’m glad I have an Apple Watch too. I wear the Fitbit on my ankle during the work week since it connects to my work health program but I wear my Apple Watch on my wrist because of the refined technology. This product is good but not excellent. I still prefer the Apple Watch for esthetics and the superior ekg function. I prefer the Fitbit for sleep information and connection to my work health program, and a little bit better battery life than the Apple Watch. However. The battery life could be better. The versa lasted 3 days. This lasts 2 for me.

It works, but it's a mixed bag. There are improvements from my previous device (a charge 3), but there are glaring omissions. You are limited to 8 alarms - not helpful at all if, for example, the vibration for the hourly reminder is too subtle or just doesn't fire off for no reason. So, yeah, a mixed bag.

Great battery life, but I haven’t tried the GPS yet. It does everything I want. It does have occasions when it keeps dropping Bluetooth connection and the band is a bit funky. Unlike other Fitbit trackers, this one is easy to read in daylight. Overall it is a good, reliable product.
