This is a great product! Durable and I can see the screen when I’m in the sun which I couldn’t do with previous fitbits. The battery life is also great. Only think I wish Fitbit had, was more workout options.

Much better than the charge 4 that it replaced. Excellent battery life and the screen is clear and bright.

Used it for 8 days now. I can say it shows the data with approximately 80-85% accuracy. Battery life is good though when you have the GPS and on screen display disabled.

Good device to help you keep active. It's not apple watch nor was it meant to be. I still like to wear a mechanical watch and so the low profile does help me put both the watch and Charge 5 on each wrist. Functionality wise,bit does all the things a health 'band' should do. Cons: -I wish the menus were easier to navigate -Swiping does always work the way it should - double tap doesn't always work the way it should.

Overall it's great at tracking cardio. Not so much strength training, etc. Also occasionally the screen would go black for weeks at a time but I could tell it was still tracking my activity through the app. Just didn't always work as a watch which I wanted. The battery life is a week even with a pretty active schedule which I liked

Love my Fitbit. I went from an order model to this one and I was very unsure but once I received it I was loving it. Easy to use. Easy to see. Just what I was looking for.

Does everything I need it to do, not going to waste my time and money on purchasing Premium, just another Google Data Mining Tool. Would recommend a different band.

Easy to use, sometimes doesn't swipe easily but overall good features when you don't need a smart watch.

Had to replace an existing Charge 5 I purchased about 3 years ago. I like the Five, it gives me everything I want to know.

I wanted something slim for a watch and not bulky, does what I want. Shows messages, I do have to do a resync and sometimes a hard resync, wish I would also control music like a previous watch, but can't complain.

I gifted this to my wife and she loved it. Battery life is great. You can charge and forget for most of the week.

This is my second Fitbit. I decided to step up from a Charge 2 to the Charge 5. Upgraded software and available information now included is impressive. My old Charge 2 served me well for 4 years. This new Charge 5 (now in color) moves the bar much higher. Excellent !!!

GREAT battery life, but otherwise a pretty basic tracker. The screen is only visible with a double tap, unlike other smartwatches/trackers that show the screen when you raise your wrist. Also, the sleep tracker is horrible. It tracks my sleep if I fall asleep in a chair or on the couch, but does not track a single minute of a full night's sleep in my bed. I was hoping for more, but ended up with an expensive step counter. Waiting on the Google watch!

I’ve had a Charge 4 for several years. When it finally reached the point where it couldn’t be fixed, the Charge 5 was a logical replacement. So far it has working fine and it holds a charge for almost a week.

I like this little tracker. I've always bought the simplest, smallest trackers from FitBit and this was the simplest when I needed to replace one. The last Charge 5 did fall apart not long after my warranty had expired, so I'm a bit concerned that this will do the same. I like that I can receive and read texts on it. Handy when I need to hear from someone while doing something else.

This is my second Charge 5, and I had a Charge 3 before that. My first Charge 5 developed screen issues - going black. It was still working and updating the app, but I couldn't get it to come on. After a lot of messing around with it, I started getting intermittent working screen, but eventually it just completely failed. All within about a month. My Charge 3 did about the same thing after having it for about 18 months.

I had previously owned the 4 and always hated the glare and being unable to see while I was exercising. This Fitbit 5 has solved the issue. My only complaint is that they removed the Spotify app and no longer have a stair training option anymore. Otherwise, great update.

I bought this as a gift. But the feedback from the recipient is as follows: "I absolutely love it. The battery is long lasting and the fact that it went through the washing machine and still works like a charm is amazing".

We purchased the Fitbit - Charge 5 Advanced Fitness & Health Tracker - Platinum because of our new years resolution. It has helped with that and more. It is making us stat accountable and keeps us on track for our daily walks.
