I simply Love my Fitbit Charge 5! It has a lot of features I was looking for in a health watch/tracker. It counts my steps, which transfers to exercise in my fitness pal app, ittells my heart beat, sleep, etc. I would definately recommend it to everyone

This is my wife's 4th Fitbit Charge, they keep getting better. And her biggest complaint went away, she hated messing with the stupid lock on charger, Fitbit finally included a simple magnetic positioning charger. The screen is a nice step up from the Charge 4 battery life slightly better (now usually 7 days). And the health function are getting incrementally better. But the watch bands have not improved, built in obsolescence, as after 6mo or so they are dirty and smelly, they just don't clean easily. Wish they just had a pure silicon band, not these plasticky ones.

Love it. I have been getting fit bits since 2014. I appreciate it and all it does. Being able to see texts on my wrist...saves time. The reminders are useful. Seeing my sleep time is also beneficial.

Excellent product. Perfect as a watch/sport and hybrid for those that want the best of both worlds but also without the distractions. Durable and the new band is much more efficient. The new display is a welcomed change.

The first one was defective. My second purchase has been wonderful. Battery lasts awhile. Easy to charge. Display is nice. Accurate data syncs with app.

It was great while it lasted. Happily, I had the Best Buy Total Tech and so was able to get it replaced when it stopped working. I have had Fitbits for 8+ years, though, and mostly they are great. This one just must have been a bit of a lemon.

Excellent Fitbit! Replaced my previous tracker especially because I had Covid & wanted to monitor my stats. It tracked a seizure brought on by taking Paxlovid by tracking my high heart rate. I was able to share this info with my neurologist.

I loved this fitbit! It was everything I needed in a tracker and had a great battery life. Warning: be careful wearing it when washing dishes. I guess soap got into mine and the fitbit didn't recovery

Definitely an upgrade from my Charge 4. The screen is much easier to read. The band is much more comfortable. Takes awhile to get used to swiping in different directions. Very happy with the Charge 5!

Love it! I’ve had the expensive Apple Watch that lasted maybe 3yrs. This does just what I need. It tracks my steps, calories, and syncs with other apps that track my food. Love it! Also, the battery lasts a week!

I like the Charge 5, however, my previous Fitbit was MUCH better than this one! This one does not buzz with the notifications and I have set it up and it constantly has issues with syncing and my other NEVER had any issues! All the extra info is really not that pertinent. I still like Fitbit better than others I have tried as a personal trainer I have had various kinds. Reasonably priced, but again not a good as my last one! Also, the new dial is NOT easy to read and too cramped together! Best Buy had a good price on this one so I am satisfied!

Had to replace my fitbit and this was same series. Like it as much as I liked previous 1. Only thing I don't care for is the type of band it comes with. Will buy new/different band when I get time. Much better battery life.

I like the device itself. But the design choices for the display are not very good. I went with the simplest one but I would think a big company like this could come up with better graphics. I had an Inspire before, so the band felt heavy as it is wider and more substantial. I ordered the band that has little holes in it and put it on today, I like it better now. It is lighter and breathes a bit. I thought this would have a lot more features than the Inspire but unless you get Premium service it's pretty much the same.

The features are nothing new for the most part, but the display/touchscreen is much better. I'd buy a new wristband, though. The one they provide is basically garbage if you're wanting to wear it all day. However, it's fine if you just wear it to work out and/or swim.

The watch is easy to use. The band is comfortable. The best thing is all of the information it gives you is very useful and helpful. The only thing I don't like is the payments feature, I don't want to pay with my watch, but that may be a selling point for someone else.

Works great! There's not a watch face to pick from that I really like. I hope they add more soon. Also there's no way to delete the Payments or Water Lock mode from the device. Hoping they fix that with an update.

Upgraded my old Charge 2 and this has a lot more features; however, the band irritates my skin and will likely need to purchase another band for it.

Extremely pleased with the Fitbit Charge 5. Easy to set up and sync with phone and other programs. It I had been very easy to track fitness activities and other aspects of health on a daily basis. The free 6 month Premium package provides a wealth of info.
