The Charge 5 works so much better than the 4 did. Love this watch

I really don't know how to rate this. I bought this for my son for Christmas and then because of his flights being canceled he hasn't received them. So here I am at home with his presents unwrapped waiting for him to get down here. I hope it's good though, since I most likely to return them now.

Love it!! Very slim, great upgrade to the Charge 4.

Beautiful design! Easy setup. My wife is "technologically challenged", but was able to set it up, synch it to her phone and enjoy the features. Great customer service. Unfortunatewly, I have forgotten the representatives name. Closest Bet Buy. I have never been disappointed with their customer service or location. Ample parking. Thanks and Happy New Year!!

Was a last minute purchase due to previous fitbit breaking while on vacation. Love the new charge 5 it was for my wife and she likes it very much

I'm not completely satisfied with the Fitbit Charge 5. I had a Charge 4 and it counted the flights of stairs, the 5 doesn't which I miss.

Fitbit is known to make great fitness trackers, and this is a good examples for that. *Almost* everything works perfectly. The only issue is that sometimes GPS won't connect properly, but I heard they fixed that in the Charge 6.

I love the product overall. I’m able to track my calories burned, total footsteps, exercise, and I’m also able to log my water intake.

Love my charge 5 for sleep tracking and hr monitor.

Upgraded from a Charge 2. The screen is much better.

Definitely recommend this Fitbit. It does everything it says so nicely. I got it mainly for the sleep data and I’ve found it really insightful. My husband also has one and loves it. I did buy softer bands to make wearing it at night more comfortable.

I like the watch. But honestly the documentation could be a lot better. It seems as if they expect us to have a degree in programming. The watch feels great when wearing but it isn’t the easiest to understand.

I purchased this Fitbit based on price compared to the apple iWatch and to help track my fitness. Overall, I give the watch an average to the below-average rating because the functions seem too cumbersome. Also, the battery life is terrible when the Fitbit is placed in auto-on mode. Also, you are unable to move between screens when the watch is in tracking mode. Finally, after a while, the Fitbit becomes uncomfortable to wear. I would not purchase until this watch is more user friendly.

Works great, love the color display. It'll take some time to get used to the removal of the side button. Very happy to see there's a new watch band connector as the connector on my charge 4 broke after wearing it for a few months
