I love the upgrade of the full color screen over my previous charge. It took a little bit to configure the screen the way I like it, but now I'm pretty happy with it.

This Fitbit has a good display size and the band is comfortable.

Works well for what I was wanting. The battery lasts 4 or so days just fine. I do not have the display showing all the time so that helps. It counts my steps and syncs to my samsung phone, and then to my fitness pal with no problems. The screen sometimes takes more than a tap to activate, but for the price, I am pleased with my purchase.

Great fitness watch,works great,just don't use highest settings of brightness otherwise battery will die after one year or so

The Fitbit Charge is everything I hoped to find in the device. Wear it all the time and appreciate the feedback of my activities. It has encouraged me to improve my fitness

Fitbit Charge 5 is a good fitness tracker but battery lasts about one day and no stair/floors goal like my previous Charge 3.

Ugly, ugly face designs in fitbit gallery and no third party market for alternates. SpO2 reading is neither live or on demand. It is monitored only at night and only for variations, not in percent. Touch screen not sensitive enough. Requires multiple double-taps to open. Frustrating. Excellent battery life. Once-a-week charging.

I love the brighter display and the ecg function. My second fitbit! Love it!

Had a Fitbit Charge 3 and loved it but upgraded to a Versa 3. Bought the Charge 5 for my wife so she can track her activities. I know she'll love it when she gets more accustomed to all it's features.

I love fitbit. This is actually about my fourth one. The only problem I have is they never go much beyond the two year mark. I can be pretty tough on things but I feel they should last longer than two years.

The product is quite fragile if you plan to use the band for tracking sports practice or anything that puts the charge five at a risk of getting caught on something do not buy this. The clip system that attaches the band is the failure point so instead of just coming unclipped the plastic lock breaks off making it impossible to reattach. Quite disappointing

Features are good but battery life has suddenly declined to the point I have to charge it 2 times per day. This seems to be a known defect according to all the complaints on the Fitbit website. I purchased less than 10 months ago. Fitbit customer support is shipping me a replacement so hopefully this second one will last longer.

Loving my new Fitbit. It's lighter, the new features are easily accessible and manage. the band life is better than Charge4.

Bought as a gift. Recipient likes it very much. Attractive and functional.

Works exactly as expected! I like that it syncs with the phone to receive messages and phone call notifications. I bought a different band and have had no problems with it.

I have been using Fitbit for years, and the durability has always been and issue for me. So far so good on this one.
