Wanted to upgrade from a Charge 3 because it was too dim when I was running outside even at highest brightness. Charge 5 has more features and is much brighter.

Better than fitbit charge 4. Integrates with the phone well. Tracking seems to be better than older versions.

Eveything i expected. Ive had 3 band type fitbits and 1 watch. So far this is the best. Definitely most comfortable. No complaints so far

Works good.don’t care for the additional breathing data on the sleep score.

The watch comes with a plastic band that gave me a horrible rash. Had to go online and order a leather band.

I absolutely love my Charge 5! The screen display took a little getting used to, but it is a brightly colored display that is easy to read and navigate.

Nice color graphics much easier to read in bright sunlight. Swim lock helps me track better while swimming. The band supplied is super easy to use and doesn’t have the end sticking out to catch on clothing.

I bought this for my husband to replace and old fitbit he has. He constantly tells me how much he loves it. It almost gets on my nerves how much he tells me (LOL).

It gives me what I want, Time, steps, sleep & exercise.

The band broke off my charge 4. Display is much brighter. I can read it in daylight without my glasses. Couldn't do that with charge 4.

Great product had it stop working after about a year and contacted Fitbit and they replaced for free was very satisfied

I bought this as a gift for my father.His interest was for the heart monitoring features. He seems pleased.

Got this because I've loved my Charge HR, Charge 4, and Charge 5. I like the monitoring options, particularly the sleep ones, and the Oxygen level one. Would whole heartedly recommend Fitbit Charge 5.

This is my 4th Fitbit tracker over a period of 5-6 years. And it has been a problem. Although it records data properly, it does not pass all of the data on to my cell phone or lap top. I have now talked to tech support by phone 3 times and chat once. There were language difficulties by phone and chat takes time. They refused to route my call to the US.

Very satisfied with my Fitbit. I were it all the time except when changing. I’m obsessed with the App, I check it the minute I wake up every morning.

So far the watch has worked perfectly. It was an replacement for an older version and I am very happy with the updates that came with it. I
