Sleep score not functioning

At first it worked well, but it stopped giving a sleep score. I am not sure why, but it is disappointing that the sleep feature is not working as advertised.

Amazing health and fitness tracking!

I don't believe the sleep tracking works on point all the time. I would like it better if it could text back to people then the automated saying on it.

Bad clasp
