Well the band is a little different. I didn’t think I was going to like it, but now it is my favorite of all the charge fitbits

The new Fitbit is a great purchase and the best version I ever had

only complaint i have over the 4 model is it doesn't count stairs. very good other than that.

This item was a tough choice between it and an Apple Watch but the seven day battery and slim appearance is much easier to sleep with if you want to track all your health metrics I have not had any issues and have been highly impressed by this item as it works perfectly for my needs

I would not recommend buying a refurbished product from Best Buy. They sold me a refurbished Fitbit Charge 5 in which the battery died 3 weeks after I bought it. When I came back to return it, they told me it was outside of the return period but the product was still in warranty. When I called Fitbit to return this still under warranty product, I was informed that the original connection date was 3 years prior (which I verified inside the device, which still worked only while plugged into the charger). The warranty period for a Fitbit is 1 year. Best Buy lied to me and sold me a faulty product. Will not trust them again.

It was a great gift for my wife. She loved it. I gave it a excellent rating.
