Great device improvement over my older device. The charger is easy to use

For the most part I like the new Fitbit Charge 5. But it lost the feature of tracking your floors. As long as you let the device charge all the way to 100% it will last for days.

I’ve had multiple Fitbits and this one is hands down the best one yet.

I like the larger time display with the ability to scroll between the different functions.

My wife love this fitbit. It has great sleep app and heart monitoring .

New fitbit Charge 5 is not so different from the Charge 4. Minor differences in the applications.

This is a great fitness tracker. Nice color, durable band

This thing is fantastic. It can do almost everything a Apple Watch can track. Even has a ECG sensor. Battery life is also really good. Got it when it was on sale.

I bought this for Fitness, & weight control. It worked until May when, suddenly, it began to get only a couple of hours from a full battery charge. Since then it has been useless for anything except wasting my time. I went to the Fitbit App's Help which turned out to be a User self-help Blog, monitored by Fitbit Moderators. I read hundreds of owners posts saying that they have had the exact same problem with the Charge 5, posted between Sept 2021 through yesterday. Every day there are a dozen or so new posts. The majority of those I've seen are from owners very unhappy with the product & Fitbit Customer Service. Personally I have never even received a response to my multiple posts about my problem. Some are even complaining about fraud and wanting to know why Fitbit & it's retailers, which includes Best Buy, are selling a product that's been known to be defective for over a year.

Great value in a fitness tracker that provides key data on things like heart rate, sleep quality and physical activity. If you're starting an exercise or weight loss program, I highly recommend getting one of these to help keep you on track.

Fitbit - Charge 5 Advanced Fitness & Health Tracker - Soft Gold - What can I say, it's a Fitbit! I've had a few of the older generations and they just keep getting better. I like this because it's slim and very comfortable. Battery life is excellent.
