I like the readiness mode which lets me know that I am getting enough rest. Also the high and low heart rate notification is nice because I have a normally low rate so it held me track it.

Died after 8 months - clumsy interface for runners

Also, if you are a runner, the lack of a button is problematic for two reasons. One, if you need to pause the timer, the clumsy "swipe" interface means have the time the run is actually "finished", instead of "paused". Two, long sleeve shirts on cooler days routinely "paused" or "finished" tracking runs unexpectedly. Had high hopes this would be a great product as I had a Fitbit Charge 2 that was awesome . . . until it stopped working. But at least it made it about 5 years before dying.

The display is very easy to read, the watchband is very comfortable, and overall an attractive watch. Great purchase.
