    Excellent Tracker

I really like using it. The stats for sleeping are great. The stats for steps will get me to walk more, when I get motivated. It does my requested phone notifications and has time and ECG and Heart Rate and lots more that I don't use, but it's much cheaper than a smartwatch and I'm not so sure that I really need a smartwatch anymore, although I used one for about 5 years. It's also very lightweight. It's what I need. Battery life stayed on for me for 7 days or more.

The battery way outlier any other I have had. The strap is comfortable. There is a lot more I can keep track of when I am walking. I also like the ability to pair it with my cell phone and know when I have a call coming even when my phone has been muted. I didn't think I would want a larger face or strap but it works better for me than I thought it would.

Great replacement for dead Versa 2

This was a replacement for a Versa 2 that i managed to fry! It is perfect for my need for basic exercise and sleep tracking. As a woman i am disapointed that there isn't a pretty watch face choice as i had on the Versa 2 but aside from that it fulfills my needs and has grest battery life.

I got this to track my sleeping as it has been horrible! This has allowed me a better insight into my sleeping habits and keeps a nice graph of the week's sleep. It is very comfortable on the wrist, the width is a little thinner than other trackers which is nice. It did take me a little bit to figure out the fitbit app but now that everything is synced and working together it's fantastic!

Best Fitbit yet! This device in my opinion is as good (or even better....) than the apple watch and for a significantly less amount of money. It is my second fitbit and I love it. Just the right size (not too small to read) and not oversized to my wrist. It also tracks my sleep in a way that is easy to understand. Really like this devise...

I have this and the FitBit sense. I would say I like the 5 better. Its more slim and fits my workouts better than the sense. They are dead accurate. I mainly monitor my sleep and the Sense and the 5 are literally the same. Dont get me wrong I love the Sense but this is cheaper with everything you need and more slim. The FitBit app is top notch. I wouldnt use any other app for tracking fitness/sleep,

Upgrade from Charge 2. It's so much better and provides much better information. The screen is easy to read in sunlight and the updated data for sleep, heart, etc is great. I wear a watch so I didn't want a smart watch and this is unobtrusive and looks like a simple band.

So..better than the Charge 4? Yes very much so. The screen is night and day better in any lighting conditions. Smart Wake is amazing. I find it more comfortable and lighter on the wrist than the old charge and the sports band I bought seperate is also an improvement. I keep night mode on most of the time to keep the screen from coming on except during the middle of the day when i'd need to see time or other notifications. This keeps my battery life super long. My charge 4 broke at the clasp between the wrist band and the charge so it was not fixable. Fitbit did replace it with a new oem but I had already ordered the new charge 5. Only other comment I've seen and would complain about also is the band size now - small is too small - and large is too large. If your like me - the small is at the end of the usable length and the large has a hang over of over half the band. Just something I'v noticed and others have said as well. Do get the warranty IMO

In terms of fitness tracking, the smart watch surpasses expectations. It accurately monitors my heart rate, tracks my steps, and provides insightful data on my workouts. The built-in GPS is a fantastic addition, enabling me to map my runs and hikes with precision. The watch's providing comprehensive tracking for my aquatic activities.

Does a good job of tracking steps. Seems to track sleep well. Miss the stair function of my Versa 2. Not too keen on the way the band works. It has a notch instead of the customary tongue and it folds in behind itself instead of a ring.

I got this to replace my Charge 3. Here are my pros & cons, mostly compared to the Charge 3. Pros: + Screen brightness! So much better than the Charge 3! + Battery life! I can get more than 7 days (screen not on all the time). + Auto Screen wake is great addition and works most of the time. + I didn't like the band that came with the Charge 3 but this one is nicer although it is either too tight or too loose for me. Cons: - Needs more customization. The lack of clock faces is disappointing. - Screen wake when tap is not as responsive. - Seems to take forever to get to what you want when you swipe sideways. - EDA scan and ECG are nice I guess but I don't use them. Wish I could have the 'relax' app back. - Won't pair with my laptop!!! Ugh. I got it to pair once and that was it. Searching online it seems like Fitbit doesn't care and won't fix this. I don't always have my phone or tablet nearby. Neutral: I haven't used the GPS. Color screen is nice but not a necessity.

I was going to get a Versa, but the crystal was just too huge for my taste. This replaces my Charge HR 2. The new one no longer tells me my stair count like it did. I was under the impression that it would display my SpO2, but I cannot seem to get that to work - maybe it's a feature I need to pay extra for. In short, it has more things that I don't care about than features I really preferred. I do like the battery life, and that it is water resistant. I hope the bands work better than they did for the HR Charge 2; you really more rented those for maybe 2-3 months and then you had to replace them.

Got it mostly for heart rate tracking and sleep tracking. Seems to work fine for both of those. I mount my phone on my bike handles so i can track rate without having to look at the fitbit. the standard band that comes with it is not comfortable. I'll be getting one of the elastic bands that are available.

All the right features with no added weight. It’s the perfect activity tracker. Lightweight and reliable. I work a physically demanding job as well as my workout routine with no issues. When I initially bought the watch, the battery was awful. Found it was a known issue. After troubleshooting with Fitbit help desk, they promptly sent me a replacement. With all features turned on, this device lasts 8-9 days on a single charge.

Good Tracker - Don't Buy It for GPS

I have owned a number of Fitbit products over the years starting with the original. There are a number of good points like the display size which is very bright and readable and less bulky than the Versa. Battery life is very good. The band is better than the some Fitbit models - but that is a very low bar to hurdle. If you plan to buy this for the built-in GPS then don't bother. It doesn't work very well/at all. People have also complained about the lack of physical button but that isn't a deal breaker for me. The Fitbit app no longer supports more than one tracker - e.g. when I added the Charge 5 I had to remove my Versa. This was an unpleasant surprise. There have been a lot of complaints on the Fitbit forum about this.
