I have had several Fitbits and this one seems, so far, to be the best. The charge 5 is easy to read and move around to whatever you want. I would recommend this to all who like Fitbit charges.

This is the best Fitbit tracker I've ever had. It meets all my needs and was extremely easy to set up and use. Anxiously awaiting the ECG app for it.

First off the app for this watch I find is very messy. The ridiculous part is that they charge you to gain extra information that they are already collecting. I bought your watch and it's collecting information why can't I just have that information? Overall it's been pretty durable but the screen coming on and off is very tricky and sometimes I have to slap my watch over and over until it finally lights up so I can see what time it is. I can understand charging for the exercise videos and all that but to charge for a report of my health containing information that you're already collecting because I bought your watch and I am wearing it is bull crap.

    Bands fall off easily

I changed from a Fitbit charge 3 to the charge 5. I like the new design and overall is a good product. My only complain is that the bands on the charge 5 fall off easily as it does not have the same mechanism as the charge 3 were you had to press button to release the bands. I have to be very careful to not lose the watch if it accidentally falls off.

My Charge 5 is such an improvement over the Charge 3. I really like the bright colors so you can see the time, etc. with no problem outside. I highly recommend this new and improved Charge 5.

So far I’ve had this for about 3 weeks. After my first swim, the screen went black, never to recover, and the watch vibrated constantly. My call to customer service on a Saturday was answered promptly and a replacement has been shipped. Kudos for customer service…hope replacement lasts just a little longer…I liked it when it worked

I can't get the fitbit to record my sleep duration or provide sleep stages. Called customer service several times and they are no help, always the same suggestions, restart/reset. Watched several you tube videos and still wont work. Device always says it cannot get record my heart rate. I would look at a different device if sleep recording is important to you.
