    Not for swimming

It's fine if you don't want to swim with it, I took it in the pool once and it died. Unfortunately, I didn't swim during the time it was eligible for return :-(

It does a great job of tracking, however, it burns the wrist while wearing it. Not the best, and probably getting a different one. The wife had a samsung and that one does more and doesn't hurt

My wife liked that this version of the Fitbit has a thinner face & a redesigned band with no extra loop. It wasn’t immediately comfortable, but within a few days it fit great. It takes a little bit of time to relearn how to get to different features by scrolling up/down or left to right. This version does not have side buttons to press.

This is my 2nd fitbit that has failed around an year of usage with a black screen. When my first watch failed, i assumed i just got unlucky. But two watches failing with the same issue systematically shows quality issues with manufacturing. All fitbit offered was a discount on a new purchase, which is still higher or comparable to online/store deals during Thanksgiving. Fitbit just lost my family as a customer.

Good tracker, but we don't like that you need a premium account to use all the features. This was not to case with our Samsung watches. The watch and band are comfortable and look nice.

When I tried putting on the band it immediately irritated my wrist. I repackaged the tracker without trying it out and returned it to Best Buy.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. The Daily Readiness (the only reason I purchased this device) score stopped working with the new year. I don't understand why it is taking Fitbit's devs so long to identify and fix this issue. The customer service is horrible - you never get to speak with someone who knows what they are doing. Avoid this and any other Fitbit products. They obviously stopped caring about their customers a long time ago.

Absolutely horrible. Returning it tomorrow. This "smart" watch is utterly useless. One hour after setting it up, I realized that the "user-friendly" touchscreen doesn't work - at all. I reset this thing 7 times and did all the recommended debugging. The result?: Every time I swipe in any direction (up, down, left, right) the screen goes BLACK. But I DID discover that it only takes a combination of 264 swipes and taps to reach the settings menu!!! My 10-year-old Fitbit is much better than this piece of crap. Don't waste your money on a piece of crap made in a Chinese sweat shop. Go for something designed and built in an advanced industrial democracy.

I am a creature of habit and when my last Fitbit inspire died I was upset. I hate change, I was so used to it and so I really hesitated to get something new... but Im glad I did. I really love it, so far I have no issues with it... the band is really nice. It was a little different to get used to but not in a bad way...I would recommend this watch.

The design of the strap is a serious problem. Because the end of the strap is trapped under the band I developed a bruise which wore into an open sore. As if this design flaw were not bad enough, I found it impossible to get the fitbit to work as simply or effectively as my previous fitbit. I would rate this a piece of junk. I have moved on to a Garmin watch whose owner's manual is written much more clearly.

2 weeks of owning and the screen went black. I'd say this is a bad batch but this has happened 4 times. First watch did it and got a replacement before 1 year. 2nd faceplate went bad 2x before we hit the 2 year mark. This new watch, same style (son like the slim) and 2 weeks of using and as before when out running & face went black. We are now switching brands.

Hi, there. We're sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 5 is tracking your heart rate inaccurately and that it restarts on its own.
