Feels very comfortable, and is easy to read, but needs hard tap to show info, not like my charge 4 which only took a twist of the wrist

Too complicated of a device for my 61 year old mother whom it was purchased for. Small screen is not easy to see for older adults.

Most comfortable, slim Fitbit Charge yet

Most comfortable, slim Fitbit Charge yet. Edges are smooth next to skin, better than Fitbit Charges 2-4, and the charger is magnetic and fits easily and securely (Fitbit 4 was easily put askew). Great band. Would buy again.

Gives me all the information I need to monitor my workouts. It is easier to navigate than my old charge 3. My only complaint is the analog clocks are all hard to read without my glasses.

This watch is perfect for my daughter. She had the Fitbit Inspire and wanted something with a bigger screen but the Versa is too big for her arm. This one works great for her. She loves the color and that she can swap out her bands.

My wife loves this fitbit. Alot more function than previous fitbit 4. The old downside was Bestuy was giving a rebate for turning in the old firbit but unfortunately the county I live in needs a pawn (Yes as in pawnship) license

Doesn't track flights of stairs. Doesn't track exercise unless you're running a race. Totally unituitive UI with loads of useless software features. Fitbit has gone rapidly downhill after being bought by google.

Fitbit 5 sleep score tracker does not work

Got the new fitbit 5 after the battery burst in my fitbit 4. At first I was excited about the new watch but the ability to track your sleep score does not work. I have worn it for over 3 months and it has only given me around 3-5 sleep scores in that amount of time. Pretty disappointing.

Love the new way to charge with the magnet charger and the band closer that keeps the "tail" out of the way.

This replaced an older unit (different model) where the screen had gotten so dim it was unreadable. This unit occasionally looses sync to time and has to be reset manually. Also, have had problems with step tracking missing days of activity. Could be better at low battery notifications.
