It’s not a bad device. Tracks the basic info I need. However tech is much better on Garmin devices. And the pay for my detailed data is not a great incentive. I’ve owned a month. It will go in a drawer and I have upgraded to a Garmin Fenix 7

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She has been a fitbit user for about 10 years. Hopefully this one will have a longer battery life than the previous ones. As of now she loves it.

Don’t buy this watch. Battery fails just after the 1 yr warranty. Fitbit has terrible support behind their products. Trust me , look at other options for a fitness tracker.

I had to replace my charge 2 and this charge 5 is quite an improvement so far. The bands can be replaced easier and there are more options to track my health .

I have had this new fitbit charge 5 for about 2 months now. It is doing what expected pretty much but it does need charged quite a bit more often than my previous Alta HR. I am not using any kind of GPS. I have a step goal but haven't been hitting it. I have no special notifications and no alarms set to use battery.

GOOD PRICE, HAD THE ADVANCED FEATURES OF A SENSE. HOWEVER TO SMALL. TOO FEMININE FOR A MAN. CHEAP BAND WITH THE NO BUCKLE CLOSURE THAT I HATE. NO ALTERNITIVE BANDS AVAILABLE. DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE SIDE BUTTON TO CONTROL IT. BUT EVEN WITH BEING A RETUTNING CUSTOMER IT GIVES YOU 6 FREE MONTHS OF PREMIUM APP.

It’s nice but like my previous version better. I hard a difficult time with set up to Bluetooth on my phone since my Wi-Fi was not working. My strap broke on my previous Fitbit. After buying a new band the battery died.

Very disappointing for Seniors. Probably good for young athletic people but the features I depended on most aren't there. No walk mode, no stairs app, The clip on charger works better than the one on my Charge 4. Questionable heart rate measurement. Step count was accurate. Display flashy but not helpful. Good band.

tremendous value for the money, CNet awarded the charge 5 editors choice in fall 2021. For most weekend athletes this is the choice, Garmin Fenix is overkill.

I love my new Charge 5. I had the Charge 2 and tried a Smartwatch. I didn't like the Smartwatch and exchanged it for this Fitbit. It does everything I need and much less expensive.
