So I had an Apple Watch a few years ago and due to battery life and overall annoyance I just never wore it. Trying to get back active and I find this really useful. From tracking my sleep, to my activity zones - I really like the insights I’m gaining. Can’t speak to accuracy of calories burned or steps tracked at this point because I’m not comparing it to any other device, but I find this really helpful and easy to use.

It wouldn't record the proper time. I couldn't change it, the Geek squad couldn't change it. They recommended that I return the item. I did.

I returned the device. It gave my wife's wrist a rash. Not sure what it was made of as she does not get a rash from the Apple rubber wristband.

Did not work right. Did not even track my steps. This is my 4th style of Fitbit and the only one that has disappointed me.

Very Low Battery life and difficult to see screen.

It didn’t work. It would not connect to my phone and geek person was not able to get it to work either I returned it.

Stopped working after three days. Told it could be worn in a pool. But I guess not the case

I purchased it and got stolen a few months later and fit didn’t value their warranty time period.

I had purchased it for me. I gave it to My husband he loves it. Helps him to keep up his tracking on walking, ECG, tracks his sleep pattern.

Easy to read even in sunlight, battery has long life once original setting were changed. Very comfortable to wear, had to change the time setting to reduce excessive battery drain

Really nice design. Definitely an upgrade from my old Fitbit. Easy to use. Wide array of new options. Helpful apps and services available to use. It is a great choice.

This is my second Charge 5 after the first took an accidental chemical bath. I loved it so much I bought it twice, and I look forward to the next iteration when this one runs its life cycle. It’s a smart looking minimalistic wrist piece that seems to go well with most anything. I love using it to track my steps and even move more just to hit my goal for the day. Best of all, I don’t have to charge it every night. What good is a watch that needs to be on the charger every 16 hours? Mine goes days without signs of slowing down. I plug it in maybe twice a week and I’m set.

This was an upgrade from teh Inspire 2. I love that the face is still reasonably small, but is now BRIGHT andi'm ble to see it in the daylight. I also love the connectivity with GPS, and the 1 mile (laps) that it will show me. It's been a lot of fun using this watch. The only downside is the battery doesn't last nearly as long as the Inspire2, but it's doing WAY more things, so it's totally worth it. I also ditched the rubber band and bought a set of elastic ones instead, which are SO much more convenient and comfortable, IMO.

Have enjoyed using the Fitbit 5 for about 12-13 days. Generally easy to use, although some functions are still arcane. Need to look up on line. Some require Premium Membership (this model includes 6 mos. free trial Premium). Not the easiest set-up; it required an update immediately, which took an hour. Also some quirkiness communicating with my iPhone, but eventually worked out. Looking forward to working with this device in the months (years) ahead.

I do not like a large watch face. This is the perfect size, especially to wear at night for sleep tracking. I would love more watch faces, especially showing steps and heart rate. I prefer the spirts band to the band it comes with. Hopingbthey come out in more colors. I would love to be able to have blood pressure monitoring, hopefully in the future. All in all, I enjoy this Fitbit a lot.

We are having a step challenge in our office this summer. This is my first Tracker and I am very pleased with it. One of the best features is the GPS that you can turn on or off for any walks or runs. However, the only drawback is the GPS will drain the battery quicker. It seems to be accurate when counting calories. Another great feature is the Sleep function. I like being able to see how much time I am spending in each sleep phase. The price was competitive with other retailers and I was able to pick mine up same day!

The charge 5 has all the ggod things i have come to expect from a fitbit. I dont like the band it comes with though. The band it comes with is solid plastic creating a sweat point I dont need so I purchased one with lots of holes/vents that is much more comfortable and as a bonus I like the band clasp m7ch better as well

Good price. Excellent battery life. Screen easy to read and navigate. Comfortable band.
