Got this for my mom for a Christmas gift and she is extremely satisfied with this product. She can tack how well she is sleeping, her movement habits, and she gets a nice mood boost when she has completed a workout. My mom loves this watch and is very happy with it.

With the absence of an altimeter, there is no way this can get a 5 star and the poor battery life also gives it a bit of a setback. I do like it though. It’s the sleekest and prettiest charge. The other features are good. The ekg is nice but I’m glad I have an Apple Watch too. I wear the Fitbit on my ankle during the work week since it connects to my work health program but I wear my Apple Watch on my wrist because of the refined technology. This product is good but not excellent. I still prefer the Apple Watch for esthetics and the superior ekg function. I prefer the Fitbit for sleep information and connection to my work health program, and a little bit better battery life than the Apple Watch. However. The battery life could be better. The versa lasted 3 days. This lasts 2 for me.

Great battery life, but I haven’t tried the GPS yet. It does everything I want. It does have occasions when it keeps dropping Bluetooth connection and the band is a bit funky. Unlike other Fitbit trackers, this one is easy to read in daylight. Overall it is a good, reliable product.

Best Fitbit to date. Each category works better than Charge 4. Love the color screen! Heartbeat on demand on the face with other categories summed up is a nice feature. The timer/alarm is easier. Adding the new heart and neurological tests (ECG and EDA), just makes me excited about things to come. Fitbit, due to its small size, has always been the best choice, I gave up watches years ago because, of my "cell phone", knowing the time was never a problem. Fitbit brought in new dimensions that I find very helpful to my personal well-being. However, I almost lost it twice. The clasp that holds it to the band is weak and not a positive "click", even when it looks attached it may not be. I would hate to lose this great watch, but I fear it is inevitable. Oh, the best for last, the sleep ratings and physiological information like resting heartbeat, breath rate, oxygen levels and the others are terrific for my peace of mind.

I like this fit bit because its smaller than the versa 2. Bit I don't like how you have to swipe and it doesn't always swipe well, and I would like it if I could set up a timer and keep it set .Also the battery doesn't seem to last as long

Upgraded from the Fitbit Charge 2 to Charge 5. Enjoy the color screen. I can read the screen in the sun light. Charge 5 charge last longer than the Charge 2.

The Fitbit Charge 5 is a modest improvement over the old Fitbit Charge 4 model. The color screen is nice and the activity tracking suits my needs. The new silicone band is more comfortable but I've noticed that the silicone band will sometimes detach from the watch body with a minor bump. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or just an issue with my unit.

Does it's job well. I liked the screen and functionality of my Sense more, but as a more cost effective option, this Charge model is a great alternative. I have had none of the synchronization and connectivity issues that I've experienced with other models.
