The Charge 5 has great battery life, lasts 5-6 days on a charge. The strap is ultra light weight and comfortable. Only slight downside is how simplistic the tech is but if that’s what you’re looking for this is a gem!

This a major step up from the Amazon Halo I had been using. The originally free ( I believe 6 months) premium is also an improvement over Halo’s. I have it on constantly and use it’s features regularly and the battery last about 4 days and recharges in just over an hour.

My Fitbit - Charge 5 is (was) a stylish tracker. It is (was) easy to use, the screen provide (provided) a clear readout of data and there are (were) a number of options for formatting screen output. Another good thing about it is (was) the number of hours - days - it stays (stayed) - charged. The device charged quickly, consistently. I purchased a Charge 3 in March, 2019. At first, it fine for about 2 years, started to malfunction and then came back to life; It lasted a bit over 4 years. This lasted 1 year, 2 months. Warranty has expired, out of luck. I haven't contacted customer service, however, I've tried a number of "fixes" gleaned from videos - no luck. I hoped this isn't a case of planned obsolescence. I recommend getting extended coverage.

Perfect wearable fitness tracker. Have been using for nearly a year now and fully satisfied with its performance for my needs especially good battery life compared to other Fitbit models.

Easy to use and very confortable and also very light weight.

It was great while it lasted. Happily, I had the Best Buy Total Tech and so was able to get it replaced when it stopped working. I have had Fitbits for 8+ years, though, and mostly they are great. This one just must have been a bit of a lemon.

I like the Tracker and how it follows your health in several different categories. It's light and unobtrusive. The main downside is having to buy the Premium package to get all that is offered.

Pretty durable. Does scratch. I wish there were more band options. I reacted to the silicone and ended up purchasing a 3rd party band. I haven’t had any problems sense. It does what it is supposed to do. Battery lasts 5-7 days.

The colorful screen is easy to read. The compact design is comfortable to wear.

Good smartwatch for simple daily routines including heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking. Currently still on the free subscription trial period but looks like the value proposition will significantly decline after. Will see.

a marked improvement/evolution from the charge 4 with better/brighter display + longer batter life in addition to some new features such as EDA scan for stress management/mindfulness. still fairly streamlined on the wrist though one might opt to switch out the band (which slips into itself) for a buckled one.

I had high hopes for this Fitbit. On paper, this appeared to be a smaller, less expensive Sense for those who do not need s full on smart watch. Well, issues started happening with my watch after the first day post-update. My watch would freeze, not respond, and kept timing out connecting to my Iphone 11 Pro via Bluetooth. Something my Versa 1 had no issues with. I was thinking of exchanging, but I have no confidence in this watch as of right now. Should clear up with future updates whatever happened with mine. Admittedly I returned this, bought a Versa 3, returned before opening, and I went all out with the Sense. The Sense is awesome. Highly recommend that one.

Be warned. There is a common issue among Fitbit watches where it gets stuck on the logo. Restarting does not work - it seems that a firmware update causes the device to get bricked. The only way to fix it is to contact Fitbit support and have them replace your watch. Mine lasted about 8 months. Other than that, this watch is slim, lightweight and looks great.

Love this thing! Works exactly as expected, holds a food charge and has a wide variety of activity tracking. It has any easy to use interface but does take a little time to set up initially. Overall, a good set of capabilities for the price.

Still in use 3 years later. Strap was replaced and its well abused I mean she beat the tar out of it and it still works. my wife loves it probably going to upgrade soon but a very good device used to track sleep steps etc.

Bought this as a gift and the feedback from the wearer is good. It gets the job done as expected and ease of use is fine as well.
