I've used this product for several months now and while it has some very cool software features (I love the sleep tracking and exercise tracking when it works), the fact that the heart rate tracking only works some of the time makes this device worthless to me. I got a fitbit because I care nothing about making phone calls on my watch or any of that other nonesense... I just want a decent battery life heart rate tracker... And this product fails to do that. Consistently while working out it will have my heart rate in the 70's, when it is clearly north of 120. I have cleaned it, worn it tighter, reset it, switched arms and position on my wrist. Nothing works consistently. It's a shame, because I really like the software features and would even consider the subscription if this watch could just track my heart rate correctly.

This is a gift for my son to graduate from his college. He really loves it because he goes to gym every day and he wants to measure his progress; his heart beats; his sleep quality , etc.. it worked for all this purpose

I had to replace my husbands Charge 4 Fitbit. When I saw the Charge 5 coming out within a couple of weeks, I pre-ordered it. Got it when it became available. My husband really likes the new look and features.

Screen visibility, free premium for 6 months, great.. fitbit needs to last 6 months!. I got an exchange few months back, now this kne has beoken 3 months in. Wont charge, display dead..battery of say 5 days, so much better than an apple watch in that departmenthow do you monitor your sleep if watch is kn charge all tge time?. Saying all tjis, its not ailly $, so I’ll get my 3rd as think cant return this one.

I love all the features this tracker has without being a full-fledged smart watch. Excellent battery life and comfortable to wear, I just wish it was a little narrower.

Good fit, great functionalities. Just watch getting it wet, as mine stopped working for a day after a short swim.

My Fitbit - Charge 5 is (was) a stylish tracker. It is (was) easy to use, the screen provide (provided) a clear readout of data and there are (were) a number of options for formatting screen output. Another good thing about it is (was) the number of hours - days - it stays (stayed) - charged. The device charged quickly, consistently. I purchased a Charge 3 in March, 2019. At first, it fine for about 2 years, started to malfunction and then came back to life; It lasted a bit over 4 years. This lasted 1 year, 2 months. Warranty has expired, out of luck. I haven't contacted customer service, however, I've tried a number of "fixes" gleaned from videos - no luck. I hoped this isn't a case of planned obsolescence. I recommend getting extended coverage.

I like the slim design. And I appreciate all the functions. However, it takes like 10-12 taps to wake it up. And twisting the wrist hardly ever works. I returned the first one for a bad battery and I’m afraid this one might also have a bad battery. Sometimes it’s down to 75% at the end of the day. I charge it once a day in the morning. The battery is supposed to last seven days.

Came from a Charge 3 and I love it. None of the battery issues some others have had. Mine is lasting about 7 days with GPS off, screen on normal brightness, and frequent use. My only wish is that pulse oxygen could be measured on demand instead of just while sleeping. Maybe a software update will change that.

I love fitbits and I wear my new one all the time, but this one broke on me out of the blue. Nothing happened to make it stop but the screen just stopped working. I only had it about a year. It was perfect before that though.

I owned a Fitbit Versa for 5 years and really enjoyed its features. Prefer the Versa over the Charge 5 due to its ease in use.

Great activity tracker - much better battery life than the charge 4, but the real test will be durability ~ all the fitbits I have owned perform well enough; but around the 2 year mark , things start breaking ~ battery life goes down, bands break, general functioning seems to slow down. So we'll see..

I wear this every day and it keeps fairy accurate steps and works with my iPhone. It has many features that I have not learned to use.

This is the third Fitbit I have purchased. they only seem to last for 2 years. I like the distance and heart rate feathures.

This is my second Fitbit device, after the first one I had was recalled. While I enjoyed my first device, this one is much easier to understand and the battery lasts a lot longer than my previous model. I would definitely recommend this item.

I like it okay, its different from the 3 I had. The battery life is fine as long as your first charge is to 100 percent. A little more features for this one also.

I like this product, it is a little more advanced than the Charge 3, and so far has been pretty good. It failed to sync properly, however, on one occasion.

The Fitbit I purchased is perfect for tracking activity, wellness, monitoring heart rate/blood oxygen level as well as reminding me to move after sitting a while.

Really wanted to like this even though I've had Apple Watches 4, 6, and 8 (traded up each time) - I planned to wear it on the opposite wrist to see what health data it would gather. But when the band broke a few days after receiving (no longer would stay connected at the hinge), I returned it. 4 stars for battery life, data recorded, multiple faces. Subtracted 1 star because of the poor band connector

Amazing, I took my Fitbit to Cancun and I wore it on all the parks as worked great didn’t take my charger and it lasted the entire week! I am beyond amazed I highly recommend this purchase
