I have had several Fitbit products and I really love them. I have switched to a different product, however, because my last two Fitbit Charges stopped displaying on the screen. If I sync'd with my phone, I could see the relevant data on the app, but not on the device itself. I still think that Fitbit is the most superior tracker.

I had an Apple Watch but wanted to track way more and the Fitbit has made it extremely easy. I love it and I feel it is more accurate the my Apple Watch.

Bought for my wife as she requested a New fitness tracker, mostly for steps and activity. She thought she wanted a smart watch, but she tried the Sense 2 and thought it was too big and had too many features. She much prefers the smaller display on the Charge. She uses it for step counting, activity reminders, heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking. It does it all flawlessly. She is very happy with the battery life, as well. She only needs to charge it every few days.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas to replace the Charge 4 that I got her last year. She never really like the Charge 4 as well as the Charge 2 she had before it succumbed to a bicycle crash. This fits her small wrists slightly better and has more agreeable clock faces. We miss the Charge 2 that allowed a custom clock face with time, date and any two other metrics. The Charge 4 and 5 provide many clock faces, but none can be customized to provide what we want on one screen. Charge 5 price is 30% more than Charge 4.

It is a great product. I love the size of it which isnt too bulky. It did, however, just randomly stop working a year and a half later.

It works and I can see it in the sunlight.

Other than the fact that I can see the screen in sunlight, I'm underwhelmed. The best thing is that I can see the screen in sunlight. While I appreciate the ability to read texts and some email on it, I need my glasses and once the message is gone, it's gone, so if I need a second look, I need my phone anyway. I don't see that the sleep tracker is any better than my old Charge 2. The only reason for the purchase was that the old one was dying. It has almost too much and the screens go away so fast. I did finally figure out where the settings on it are. I was used to doing settings only on the app. Now I have app settings and settings on the Charge 5. Some of the stuff I will never use, but I knew that when I got it. Battery life seems to be OK, about what is expected without the all the time on screen or anything else that tells you it impacts the battery. Glad I got it on a good sale and didn't pay full price. Looking for a new band. I break out from the original, as I did from the old one. Sure, they're waterproof and sweat-proof, but I'm sure they are the cheapest bands to put on & the Fitbit can soak you for another $35-$60 for a new band when you have to switch arms or stop wearing because your skin breaks out. All in all, not terrible, slight improvement, but there are things I don't like.

This is hands down the best low profile tracker. Buy this if you want a minimalistic look and feel with great functionality. It doesn’t get in the way and I wear mine all day and night.

A decent watch, comfortable, and with enough features for the average user interested in basic info about their daily activities. Band wears and starts looking a bit weird after some time but overall good value. Works well with the fitbit app.

A great improvement over the charge 4 and packed full of features. GPS isn’t the most accurate, but it does a pretty good job.

Bought this for my mother in law. I have the Samsung watch 5 but decided on this watch for her because she mainly wanted one for tracking steps & didn't need all the added features. She loves it so far.

Slim, comfortable, and tracks the items that I'm looking for. My focus is on daily steps, heart exercise, and sleep quality. This Charge 5 covers all 3 with relatively simple iPhone app. Battery life seems good too (about a week).
