Would have given 5 stars, but the first one I bought had a battery issue, it wouldn't last more than 8 hours. I'm happy to say that the replacement unit lasts about a week and a half before needing a recharge. The display and features are a nice upgrade to the charge 4.

Great product, takes a bit to sync the first time, stays charged for a long time. Great underwater. Really great app also.

I love the design and size of this Fitbit. It isn’t too small or big. Fits like a nice wrist band.

This FitBit tracker is a good choice for those on a budget and who don't need much information, just be aware that it is very limited in terms of firmware itself. The FitBit app is also not always the best. The size of the watch is nice and manageable.

Easy to use. Has exact settings I require. I have heart failure & AFIB and it has an alert to let me know when I go into AFIB.

has a few unnecessary features for me, but you can easily delete or disable some of them. Since I have done that my battery life is about 6-8 day before it gets below 10%

purchased the charge 5 in august 2022, since then it was replaced within the first year because the screen seal broke and you could see the inside, then now in 2024, it wont start, keeps rebooting. already searched common solutions and nothing works, hopefully i can get it replaced again or get a discount on another one. i highly recommend getting the extended warranty. it is a great device when but does have its issues, also, i should add that i use it every day and I exercise frequently. i used one of the earliest charge versions (charge 2 i think) and never had any issues. replaced it because i received a newer one as a gift

I love the larger display - and the fact that it shows up in daylight! Not as crazy about the wider band ( previously had an Inspire) or the way it secures, I do like some of the the additional features and some of the free trial premium features. it will be interesting to see if I decide keeping premium is worth it. But the difference in the display size and visibility alone was worth the upgrade!

I love this Fitbit!! I certainly helps to keep me on track with being active, eating, water intake and so much more!! The battery life is approximately 3 days.

I had a Fitbit 2 and loved it. It finally crashed and I purchased this. Overall, I like it; I do love the adjustable band without need to clasp it. I just miss the button on the side which allowed you to scroll thru your activities. On this one you must swipe the face to advance and oftentimes it does not land where I want it or is difficult to select or shut off when needed.

I like the Charge 5 much better the previous models. At first, the band catch was a little difficult to get to engage but now, its not an issue and I like the unit much more.

This is like having your own petsonal coach, encouraging you and rewarding you for completing goals. Seeing my sleep patterns and oxygen levels at night is reassuring to my health. Great battery life, after 7 days, I still had 35% of battery left. Great additinal features,,,,LOVE IT,,,Just reccommended it to a friend and be is buying one to replace his other fitbit

This watch has set a new direction for me in exercise, diet, sleep, and health. I love it!!!!!!!

This is so cool. I use it to track everything in my daily life including my sleep patterns. It's a useful tool to help keep healthy.

Replaced the Fitbit charge 2 with Fitbit charge 5. The charge 5 doesn’t count stairs. The 5 has more things that to me are a waste. 66 years old and not tech savvy. The display goes off before I get a chance to read it or switch to a different mode. I hope I’ll get used to it, as of now not happy

I love this watch and I wear it all most all the time. I also like the smaller size of the watch. I have had no issues and it works like it should.
