Pros: - the sleep tracker and heart rate tracker are nice Cons: - the step tracker is incredibly inaccurate even when I adjust height and wrist dominance settings (if I walk 5000 steps in a day as reported by my phone pedometer, the Fitbit reports 10,000) - because the step counter is so inaccurate, it reports my daily miles as 5-6 and my calories burned as 3000-4000 which is just insane when I'm having a rest day and have spent 90% of it in my house - there's no way to adjust the heart rate zones, so if you have a naturally high heart rate, it thinks you're constantly working out (earning "zone minutes")

I like the Charge 5 much better the previous models. At first, the band catch was a little difficult to get to engage but now, its not an issue and I like the unit much more.

Great watch for under 120 dollars. The battery life is great nd the bands all look and feel great

What a treat! Upgraded to this new Fitbit after 5 years. Works flawless. Haven’t had to charge in over a week.

Helpful for tracking steps, heart rate and oxygen. The charge lasts up to 5 days.

Charge 5 tracker is over one year old and still going like a Timex! Very pleased with decision to purchase.

This is my 2nd Fitbit Charge 5. I like being able to see the time, texts and who is calling.

I like the style and it is easy to read. I especially like the wrist band.

I have had a charge 3 for the last 4 years, but really like the new features of the charge 5. The clock is large and I really like checking steps, and pulse on the front screen. A little larger than the 3 but not overly cumbersome. I have the silver trim. If there iwas one thing I don’t like it is the band. The clasp seems a little cheap. I will be buying a new band, but I like the color and it does work well.

This is so cool. I use it to track everything in my daily life including my sleep patterns. It's a useful tool to help keep healthy.

Bought as a gift for Father's Day, and BF is loving it. The heart rate is a great benefit, as well as the premium services , sleep score, exercise, etc.

I bought this for my son this past Christmas and he loves it. It keeps track of all his steps, activity, and it’s lightweight so when he’s working out it doesn’t bother him.

I wanted to get an upgrade my Versa 2 but didn't mind all the bells and whistles.. this is pretty basic so I got what I asked for.. only to miss a few features that I had from the previous watch.. to be able to find my phone and to be able to control my Spotify playback through my watch.. I might hold off on getting the next Versa or Sense while I use this one

My mother looks it. The style and easy to read screen are great for seniors trying to stay active

FITBIT Charger-5 is a great product when it works but only lasts during the warranty period. I just passed my warranty period and the watch stopped working. A red light remains on and drains the battery. All measurement features read zero. In talking with Fitbit Support the only remedy they propose is to buy another Fitbit Watch. These devices should not be disposable after only 12 months. These watches must have very cheap and ineffective parts. Would not recommend buying the FITBIT Charger-5 product.

My husband wanted a fitness watch that also monitors the heart. It also tracks his sleep.

Love my Fitbit watch and all the features on it, I find it very useful and helpful
