    FITBIT Charger-5 is a great product when it works but only lasts during the warranty period. I just passed my warranty period and the watch stopped working. A red light remains on and drains the battery. All measurement features read zero. In talking with Fitbit Support the only remedy they propose is to buy another Fitbit Watch. These devices should not be disposable after only 12 months. These watches must have very cheap and ineffective parts. Would not recommend buying the FITBIT Charger-5 product.

    This is my first Fitbit in a really long time and I love it. It really accurately tracks my heart rate and steps and is comfortable during exercise and even sleep.

    I replaced a Charge 3 Fitbit with the Charge 5. Love the face of the new tracker. Very accurate and extremely easy to get set up. Have had no problems with it.
