Great UI, but not Very Durable

The Charge 5 is now malfunctioning (it is stuck in a restarting cycle - displaying the Fitbit logo, then restarting again). Prior to it malfunctioning, the device worked great. The UI was very easy to use and the built-in features were great. However, the device durability could be better. The issue I experienced is apparently common after 1.5-2 years.

Impressed with the new screen and the information it provided. I always had problems with the charger 3 screen blacking out but the charger 5 no problem: harder for you as access the option.

Accurate activity tracker

I have tested apple watches in the past but this Fitbit’s main function is to track fitness activity, sleep, and total calorie burn which is better than apple. It is small and doesn’t bother my wrist when I sleep or workout.
