This Fitbit is exactly what I was looking for. Changing the band for my larger wrist was easy. Love the sleep score feature.

I hesitantly traded in my Charge 4. They gave me a $35 gift card to use on anything. I upgraded to the Charge 5. What an improvement. I couldn't be happier.

Super product. Has everything I need, I thought it would be difficult to adapt to the smaller screen but I really like it. Just added the ECG app which I really enjoy as a feature!

Love it- while it works. My bf and I each purchased one on April 18, 2023. On April 16, just shy of one year, and mine stopped working. Fitbit sent a new one since it was within a year. Fast forward another 3 months. While watering the garden, my watch got damp. Dried it out. Next day, the screen goes out. Still vibrates. Two days later and it completely died. Called Fitbit again as it was only 3 months old. They offered 35% off a new one. While that's a decent discount, the fact I'd be on my third watch within 16 months is insane. The boyfriends watch also died last week which is about 16.5 months into owning them. The screen turned yellow and it completely died the following day, prompting me to write this review. We are switching to a different fitness tracker brand completely.

I've been using fibit for several years, the Charge 5 was well worth the upgrade. All my other fitbits I had trouble seeing the clock or any other number while in the sun The Charge 5 I can read even on a bright sunny day.

Great battery life and works well. I intentionally did NOT want a full smart watch with texting, etc., but for Android, you can set quick responses, which is great. I wish it had an "at will" oxygen sensor, but that's my only complaint. I find the odometer, heart rate sensor, and sleep monitoring to be very accurate and helpful.

I was disappointed in the Fitbit Charge 5 for 2 primary reasons. 1) Unlike the Charge 4: the band it comes with is not perforated so it does not breathe which means you do have to wash it every time you take it off and 2) The Charge 5 activates when you tap it but it does not always work. The Charge 4 had a button and always worked.

Bought this for my wifes birthday after her old one didn't function anymore. I got the black color which is what she wanted. She uses it all the time in the gym and just for everyday checks. Great fitbit

works as expected with some learning for access to different features since the charge 2

works great and provides all the info that I need. Now I don't have to worry about getting it wet. Love being able to see it in color, much easier to read in the day time.

I dont like thatvtge screen doesnt turn on when i bring my arm up to look at tge time like other watches do

Good enough to do whst it needs to do. The color graphics are nice but they made the screen smaller.

What I expected and more. Great for the price. I looked at a lot of other products online and in Best Buy, this had great reviews and all the functions I was looking for in a smaller package.

Love this watch. It's a great watch for exercising.

Light weight, comfortable and easy to read. Lots of nice features, need to learn more about them to utilize it more fully.

I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 from Best Buy, but a week after buying, I discovered that I'd bought a "dud". The battery wasn't lasting even a day, so I returned it in exchange for another one. The man who helped me was so nice, and very helpful. I love this Fittbit Charge 5! It holds a charge longer than the Charge 3 and 4 (both which I've owned) and I love it! It's comfortable and I even forget I'm wearing it. I like that it gives me so much information regarding my activity and also my sleep patterns.

Bettwr than the previous vesrion but dont like that they are using nickel material. If your allergic dont gwt this.

Great for tracking your work outs and heart rate and distance.

It lasts 5 days and does what I need it to do. I wanted it for sleep monitoring and tracking steps.

Comfortable, informative app. Not the most intuitive to use, but get used to the interface quickly.
