    I love my Fitbit-Charge 5. It does everything I need it to do. The new band is great because it folds under instead of hanging loose.

    I would not recommend buying a refurbished product from Best Buy. They sold me a refurbished Fitbit Charge 5 in which the battery died 3 weeks after I bought it. When I came back to return it, they told me it was outside of the return period but the product was still in warranty. When I called Fitbit to return this still under warranty product, I was informed that the original connection date was 3 years prior (which I verified inside the device, which still worked only while plugged into the charger). The warranty period for a Fitbit is 1 year. Best Buy lied to me and sold me a faulty product. Will not trust them again.

    LOOOOVE this Fitbit. I haven't taken it off since it arrived. I love being able to keep track during my workout classes or even when cleaning the house.

    The color screen and find my phone are nice upgrades from the charge 4. The strap buckle is better than the charge 4

    Great for fitness tracking and keeping current with your phone. I wanted something similar to the versa 2 but didn’t need all the extras of the 3. The charge is great for keeping track of workouts, and the built in gps tracker actually lets me go back through the app and see where my walks and runs were, along with changes of pace.

    Nice Charge 5. Keeps me on my movement target. Replaced my Charge 4 because the band broke off the watch and couldn't be replaced. So far so good.
