Poor Design

They fall apart 1-2 times within a year. I replace them because I like the app but this will be my last. If you don’t have a subscription and have never had a Fitbit, I would recommend trying something else first.

Sometimes a charge lasts 4 days, sometimes it lasts one day. Now I can not get this to sync with my phone. The Inspire HR2 is much better.

And although it was clearly defective I can't get a replacement/refund since it's gone. Beware...

The setup was a little clunkier than we expected. The battery lasts for about 6 days, so that’s good. She finds it fairly comfortable. It does lose sync occasionally with her iPhone.

I really wanted to like it but…

I tried the steps provided on the Fitbit website and tried a bunch of other troubleshooting steps but unfortunately couldn’t get it to work.

Pretty nice fitness tracker
